I got false alarms and things like that and when we've needed to use it, it's always worked. The only thing I don't like is that it looks old and antiquated but it's functionality is good. It's always worked. The other end has always been responsive and helpful when I've tested it.

I don't like that they never check on whether it's working or why I haven't called them with a test. It's been two years and no call or concern. I hope it's working but I don't know for sure. I know other companies that if they don't hear from you, they make a call to you so they remind you to test it. One time I did use it, they couldn't respond because they couldn't hear me. I think there's a lot they could do with the customer service that they aren't bothering to do.

The device is tested once a month to make sure that it is working, but it is a silent test as we do not want to interfere with your day or make you think that something is going on with the unit. I do understand your concern though about not speaking with a member of our team to make sure it is working. I will pass that feedback along so we can better look at how we interact with our users when testing the devices.

LifeStation is good. They always answer the phone. We like it because it works all the time and people answer the phone and it serves its purpose. We've used it several times when my mother has fallen.

The first one was so sensitive and wouldn't even hold the charge for 24 hours. I'd rather have a thing on my arm and not around my neck. Once I accidentally touched it once and the fire department and our security and everything showed up.

It's loud and it works well. They should tell people right from the beginning that you need a land line rather than to have me work through five different combinations of units sending back and forth until they finally said that you need a land line or it's not going to work. They were going to refund me for all the times it didn't work because I went with out for seven months but I haven't seen a refund.

They've been very useful and when I push the button they eventually answer but sometimes it's longer than I think is probably good. The people who answer it are always friendly and helpful. I don't think that it needs to be thirty-five dollars a month.

The service I get is wonderful but I wish that LifeStation's phone number showed when the number comes up on someone else's phone. It doesn't say LifeStation, just the 800 number and, like, my daughter in law doesn't think it's anything when that number comes up so she doesn't know something is happening.

They are always there when they say they'll be there and they don't go away until I'm ready for them to leave. If something happens to my phone my LifeStation goes out too so I've got a real problem if something goes wrong with my telephone.

I check my LifeStation every month and somebody answers me and let's me know it's okay. I think I can get something with GPS in case I leave my room, but I don't think this works downstairs.

A couple of years ago, there was a glitch. It was very difficult to directly get in touch with the company. They were extremely flexible about who to call when you need an emergency. I was able to have them call my daughter adn then someone else and someone else before they called the fire department.

If you have a problem, you don't need to drag yourself to a phone because you've got it right on your body. I think it's good that it will call my children before 911 and when I push the button, they are there right away.

When I first got it, I had a few problems. I called and talked to them and he explained it to me. It's a little bit bulky. Everytime I've needed something, I've called them and got a response right away. I fell a couple of times and the voice came on and then called my daughter at work which is great.

Anytime by mistake it's gone off, it comes on immediately. They ask my name and ask if everything is all right. The device around my neck couldn't be easier to reach. If something happens, you easily can get to the device.

It wasn't holding a charge and when I called in they said to put in on the charger overnight and it would be fine. But, it still wasn't holding a charge. The second time I called they told me to restart it and it's been fine since then. It works now, but it's annoying sometimes.

I get in the pool all the time with it and it works fine. I've had no trouble when I've called in and the staff was okay. I've had to have something replaced and I got it replaced all right and then they called back to make sure it was all right.
