The button works very well. The straps holding it on my wrist keep going bad, lleading to a series of false alarms as the button rotates to the underside of my wrist causing it to be vulnerable to accidental bumping.

We didn't really have a chance to utilize the service because my father was not able to return home. Set up was easy, test call was fast response. System is easy to use for elderly. Speaker system is loud enough for elderly to hear. The return was easy and customer service was the best.

Terrible customer service. Nothing is explained properly. Sent a device which does not work in my area. Had to send it back but did not received my money back after 2 months. New device was going to be shipped to me. It was promised to be shipped within 3 business days but was not done so even after a week. I had to cancel the shipment. And still being charged monthly fee for the new device that was never shipped.
