I have been with Life Station Medical Alert Alarm for 9 years. Last Thursday, the console's adapter got hot and tripped the circuit breaker many times. I called for a replacement on Friday afternoon (2/22/2019). This morning (2/27/2019), ( I called Life Station to check if when the console will deliver to my father home. But, they said they have not had the tracking number from USPS. I paid the Protection Plan for 9 years, and then it takes too long to get a replacement, my father has not been protected from Life Station for 5 days and we do not know when the console is delivered.

First let me thank you for being a part of the LifeStation Family for so long.
When you are being sent a replacement device you are supposed to be told a tracking number so you can see for yourself when the product will be delivered.

I will take a look at your account to make sure that the device was properly sent to your address, and that all issues regarding the delivery of the device have since been resolved.

Your service has been great, I fell once already and you were right there. Sorry but I have hit the button by mistake a couple of times. I would realy like to be able to put a nice chain on it instead of the black roap. Also would like a clip to put on my belt or in my pocket. It is always in my way around my nece.

Accidental button presses are a common occurrence and our monitoring specialists are trained to handle each button press as quickly and efficiently as possible. Because of the sensitivity of the device the button can activate by accident, but we would rather the activation occur when it is an accident than the device not activate at all.

Mom tested the alert and an EMT was at her farm in less than 5 minutes. She said everyone was very nice including the EMT's that was glad it was a dry run. She feels very good about the system.

It worked well for my 88 year old Mother, but she no longer needs it and I continue to get charged monthly for it. She cannot find the alert button or the box that it was mailed in so she cannot return it. Not easy to stop the monthly charges once you sign up for it. Need an easier method to stop the use when someone passes or not longer can use the system. Thank you.

Hi Steven. Unfortunately waiting until the equipment is returned to us is the only way to safely discontinue service by ensuring that someone won't be on the other end in need of help. Feel free to send that back in any box you have available, it doesn't have to be the original.

Set up was easy. Customer service very professional, polite, and helpful. Only negative: response time after pressing help button seems long. If wearer is on the floor having a medical issue, response time could feel like an eternity.

Sadly our monitoring specialists cant never guarantee an immediate response because often times they are dealing with another customers button press.

Though they strive to be as quick and efficient as possible, there are simply times when we can not answer the call immediately and for that we sincerely apologize.

My parents got the LifeStation system about 5 years ago. We have tested the unit many times, and it has always worked perfectly. The people who handle the phone calls are always very courteous and professional. We could not be happier with the service, and plan to upgrade to the mobile service.

At the moment current technology does not allow us to make the device any smaller without losing some of the features that makes it as good as it is. As technology evolves we will work to get a smaller device with the same level of innovation inside but at the moment we are limited by what is available to us.
