If I made a mistake and pressed my button, they were always nice and they reset my machine. One time the original machine I had was broken and the company was very kind and understanding and they sent me a new one. It's so loud I swear you can hear it outside and I asked them about it and they said it's just the way it has to be so in order to be heard throughout my apartment. That's the only thing I don't like very much.

It's good when I'm here in the house, but I can't go out and about. You can't go too far from your house. I did fall and it did work.

I do check in every couple months to make sure the machine is working. The customer service is very nice and thank me for checking and they reset the machine and then I'm good to go again. It's easy to use and they are very quick to answer my call. They make it easy to pay. The monthly billing goes to one of my cards so I never have to worry about forgetting to pay, it's just automatic.

It is easy to get a hold of someone at LifeStation. Even if I accidentally set off the alarm, someone comes on and asks if I need help or not.
