They listen and help you. I tested it and they answered right quick and asked me if everything was all right and I told them I was just making sure it was still working. They said they would reset it for me.

They're all very courteous. Once a month I do a test call and they answer right away but there was one time I did a test call and it took a couple of rings for somebody to pick up. I wish it was waterproof.

We've had Lifestation for our mother for 7 years since my Father passed away, Gratefully, we've never had a need to test it out. However, when we do the routine testing and discover an issue with the machine, the Lifestation staff is swift to respond. We have had to replace the machine once.

I know that it works so that gives me confidence. Whenever I have accidentally set it off I get a call right away. It helps me to feel safer. I know that I could get help right away.

I've used them in two life threatening emergencies. They helped me by getting an ambulance here fast. They've been very responsive. I would recommend the company because they have been a great help to me.

They always responded and helped us out whenever we needed it. I like that you can hear it all over the house. My mother fell a couple times when she was alone and used it and they came right out.

I haven't had to use it for an emergency. The alarm went off once because I moved the wrong way and someone came on the phone right away to help me, which impressed me a lot. There's nothing I dislike about it, it works.

Never have had a problem when I've needed to change locations, due to moving my mom between her house and mine and back again. One phone call to inform them of the move and it was transferred to the new address no problem

Only complaint: I was a long time customer and was never told that I could have a GPS model at a lower cost until I was unable to connect the old bulky, loud box that my mother disliked ! The GPS model is So much better and more budget friendly. I resent spending the extra money for a dated and inferior product ! Thankfully one of your reps told me about it when I called for assistance hooking up the old one. Otherwise my experience has been good for many years.

The LifeStation equipment has been able to hear voice response from a fair distance which helps when trying to decide where to locate the unit. Response time is quick and we have been able to respond in a timely manner

My mother has shared every experience she has had and with exception of 2 x in recent year when she did fall and it did not go off which we did not complain because she came through with scratches & bruises...nothing broken we are blessed.

I've had to call several times about a variety of things and it worked out satisfactorily. It's for my mother. One time she inadvertently set off the alarm and the EMT's came. We have tested it and it works.

Every time I have pushed the button, somebody was right there to respond. I never had to wait long. I try to test it once a month to make sure it is working. Everybody at lifestation is very nice and has a nice tone and are very polite.

I like having it, I feel secure but I don't like having things hanging around my neck and I can't wear anything on my wrist. I had to have it recalibrated to be more sensitive because one time it did not go off. Customer support responds promptly.

Every situation that I've had they were very helpful and it's worked several times for my mother so I'm happy with the service. My mother already used it. She fell on the floor and didn't get up. The fire department showed up within a few minutes and helped her up and made sure she was okay.

LifeStation generally takes care of everything. My problem is that sometimes I have erroneous calls when they've said that machine or button went off and I didn't touch it. I like the way it works but I don't like getting erroneous notifications when I didn't push the button. I test it every once in a while and it works fine.

I think they could do a better job at making connections to existing customers just to verify that the system is operational. That's always the big concern. The device is convenient to use and have. We tested it once and got a positive response so I'm assuming that would be the case in case of emergency.

The customer service has been pretty good over the years. I've had one bad experience. The phone call dropped and that was my big problem but I've got that straightened out and I call LifeStation first and tell them I'm going to test the system and it's been working fine.

The reason I've had trouble with the customer support was that the batteries go down after it's been on the charger all night and it shouldn't do that. The device is so big and heavy. I'm sick of it going off accidentally several times.

Every time you call in you get the EMT's to come to the house. We like it because it's efficient every time. We needed it on a Saturday, at 7:30 in the evening, and also again at 3:30 in the morning.
