We've only dealt with customer service a couple of times, but they have been very helpful. The few times they have needed it, it has done what it's supposed to do.

We liked the marketing speech that their guys gave so we inquired a bit and got it. Customer service has done the appropriate things and act like they care. So far it seems to be working well for my mother. She hasn't had any problems wearing it. The device is just slightly big.

We didn't really have a chance to utilize the service because my father was not able to return home. Set up was easy, test call was fast response. System is easy to use for elderly. Speaker system is loud enough for elderly to hear. The return was easy and customer service was the best.

I have been impressed by the people I have interacted with—customer service and those who responded to my monthly tests of the system. The only negative I have encountered up to this point is the charger. It seems to take an unreasonable amount of adjustment and jiggling to get the unit seated so that it will charge properly.

I wanted GPS so it would be available at all times. Satisfied in general except one night when I went to charge it (as I was going to bed) I noticed it was dead (no lights blinking). When I pressed the button nothing. This shouldn't happen. Only happened once, but what if I had had an emergency and didn't realize it was out of charge? Check frequently for the blinking light.

This is Vern's son Gary. I pay for this service for my parents and have General POA to handle any and all business for them. I'm very happy with your product. Only reason for a 4 star score at the top of this survey is because I want them to be able to talk to the unit around their neck instead of the main unit out by the phone. I've already spoken with your company about this feature now being avail. I should be able to afford the upgrade after the new year.

Thankfully have not had to use it, a couple of times my husband hit the button accidentally, so we know it still works. However he forgets to put back on after he takes it off, so not sure what good it is for him, but that's his fault.

They respond quickly. Although I have never required their services, there was a time when I was out walking the dog and set off the system accidentally and wasn't near the phone. The ambulance arrived just as I was getting back in the house.

Like how they do a check of the equipment often by making a call to my mom. She didn't quite understand that she had the "fall" sensor, but when she tossed the device on her bed, they called her to see if she was ok. Yay!...she finally realized that she should be actually wearing it!

I got it after I fell ten times in a year. Ever since then I haven't fallen, I've been more careful, but it's good to have that backup. I know that, even if I drop the device itself, they will be on the phone instantly to talk to me and make sure I'm alright. That's pretty darn good.

I like that I didn't have to sign a contract to get the service. Since I had a total knee replacement and I have a heart condition, I just wear the device all day. It is very lightweight, and they respond fast. It's a nice thing to have.

I got it since it seemed so much better than the last device I had, especially since it has GPS. So far I haven't actually used it, but I put it around my neck. The only thing is that it's so sensitive that even if I hardly move, it still goes off. They always contact me immediately when something goes wrong though.

My daughter researched the device for me. I've used it several times when I fell and got picked up and taken to the hospital. They are always very prompt. I wear the bracelet and it has been really handy. I feel safer with it. In general I don't like paying, but they are good and I'm already well established with them.

I fell once and used it. They answered immediately and called my daughter who was first on my list. The ambulance came later and I was just fine, they helped me get up and then left. They have responded well. The only thing I don't like is the necklace part. I'd rather have the bracelet since the necklace cord doesn't look good with a low neck garment.

I got the device for my mother and it works just fine. It works as required every time and it's very handy especially since my mother moves from our place to my sister's. It is pretty easy to get the address changed if needed, though I've been asked to restore address every time she moves. Customer service has been very courteous and I think they're doing a good job.

We got it because there was an agreement with Kaiser and they gave us a reduced rate. I haven't had to use it for an emergency, but I test it often. I carry it in my pocket and they've always been right there. Initially I had numerous problems with the product, but I reached a supervisor who helped me and gave me 3 months with no charge. Every individual I had contacted has been willing to do anything they can to help me.

I got it 'cause my insurance supports it and gives us a bit of a discount for it. I've used it several times and it has worked quite well. They help me when I need it and have done about as good of a job as others out there. I use the necklace device and it's right there where I can grab it. It doesn't take too much to press it and they usually respond and ask me if I'm ok. I can just relay to them what's going on.

I got LifeStation because they seemed like a good and reputable company. The device is there, available and activated, but I haven't had to use it yet. I have no problems with the device and nobody bothers me about it. Their call center calls in from time to time to make sure that the device is working properly and I'm very pleased with that. It's very convenient, though I wish they'd give me a lower price. Since I'm retired and on a fixed income, it hurts to pay for it

I'm used to putting it around my neck, though I rarely have to press the button. I do that occasionally by accident. There was time when I actually fell and pressed the button and they called the EMTs for me. I wasn't actually injured but they helped me get up and took care of everything very quickly. The device is for my mother as a precaution, that's really all it is. Thankfully we haven't had to use it yet. From the little bit of interaction we had with them, they have always been prompt, courteous, nice, and very easy to understand. Everyone speaks very clearly. We have had a lot of false alarms where my mother is just in her bedroom doing nothing. It has been kind of frustrating since I sometimes get calls at 3 in the morning.

Using this was suggested by my children since they wanted to keep me safe while I live alone. Luckily, I haven't had to use it, but I do call them every once in awhile to make sure it's functioning. Customer service is very much alert and if I don't answer they call me again. They make sure to reach me if I go away and are always right on the ball with things, especially if I go away.

I got it for my parents and so far the only time they've had to use it was by accident, but even then it worked well. They have been very responsive and pleasant when they talk to my parents, even when they press the button by accident. The device that they wear around the neck is a bit sensitive though. The false alarm that we had was because my mother was carrying something and the button got pushed by it.

We actually got it for my mom. We switched from another service that was charging us two and a half times what they should in a month. She has never used it, but I feel comfortable with her having it. I don't know how she feels about it since she has had many falls but never used it. I think that in her mind, since she's 94 years old, she thinks that if she uses the device someone will come to help her, put her in an ambulance and then send her to a nursing home. Still, she has had my brother help her and, whenever she falls, she tries to get herself to a place where she can get up or call us for help. Still, it gives me some peace of mind to know that if some emergency ever happens, she will ask for some help. I'm happy with the price and I think they're a pretty good company.

My wife and daughter got together and decided I needed it because I kept falling down. My daughter got me the telephone kind so that if I'm out of the house I can push the button so they can find me. When I fell down, I pushed the button until someone came on and yelled at me so I yelled back. They sent 911 to get me and they spotted me pretty quickly. I do think it has a limited range. It works in the house but it doesn't go further out, so if I am on the street or a door up it wouldn't work.

My son decided to get it after my husband died. The only time I've had to use it was when I pushed the button to check the battery, otherwise thank God I have not had to use it. We have not had any medical emergencies yet, but I have done the testing for my mother. It's always loud and clear, and the person calling has been helpful. My mother uses the necklace every day and it's comfortable. It looks nice and it's not too distracting. It is a good fit. We have considered using the monitor but so far we haven't needed it. If there was an emergency, I feel like they would be able to help my mom in an emergency.

Sometimes when we test it I find the response is not as fast as we would like it to be. They said it was something about this year, but I think they should have more people there because if we need help, we need it immediately. Thank God, we haven't had to use it yet. When we do tests they answer and so far it has been doing what it is supposed to do. I am concerned about the part that rides around in my mom's car. I feel like the instructions are kind of hard to understand, I actually needed to rewrite them and tape them to the car. The print was too small and it was really dark in there, she needed it to be bigger for it to be easy to read. I just hope that it's worth it for when she's out and about. It's a security blanket for us, since she lives alone.

Fortunately we haven't had a situation when we needed to use it. We did test it and they responded really quickly. My only complain is that I hoped that the unit would work just fine in our home. We had a fairly small home, about two thousand square feet, and we had it in the bedroom. Out there, in the living room, it doesn't really work. If the device goes off and activates, there's no way they can hear me. I don't think I could hear them either to be honest. I wish there was some external speaker or some other remote way to have that be better. Other than that, we're happy with it.

I only had one experience when I needed to use it. The woman that time was very kind and stayed on the phone with me until the paramedics showed up. Fortunately, I haven't had that much need for it. If I ever do, I just have to push the panic button wherever I am. I'm very happy with that. I do wish it was a little less heavy, but it's extremely valuable, especially because you can't put a price on saving your life.

It's always nice to know that there are people there that will respond to the alarm, even if it is a mistake. They also do that immediately, which is good news.
