The general idea behind LogoMaker is that anyone can register and create their very own logo themselves in as few as 10 to 15 minutes. The designers behind LogoMaker have created thousands and thousands of icons to choose from and allow for endless color schemes. Those who aren’t looking for a serious design process package and aren't able to spend a lot of money can simply log in, browse the library of choices, and create their logo for free web use or spend $49 for high resolution images.
Consumers will have access to any quick and easy logo they want to put together and design themselves. This can be done in under 15 minutes and still look professionally done. Customers are able to just login and choose for themselves how they want their logo to look. It's a very affordable service which is great for small businesses or those just starting a business who might not have much of a budget to spend on advertising and design. Logos can be trademarked and customers who decide to pay the $49 for a high quality version can expect to receive it in many different file types. There are also plenty of chances for revisions along the way before settling on a final design.
While many other companies remain undisclosed about information regarding contract cancellation refund and only refund up to half of the contract price, LogoMaker offers a full refund. They offer this guarantee as a promise of satisfaction for their product.
LogoMaker has a lack of services offered and personalized design efforts for each individual customer. It is easy to create your own logo in a matter of minutes, but many companies hope for something that is specifically tailor made just for them without simply choosing from a list of icons and lettering that any other potential customer can use as well. This may result in a finished logo looking somewhat similar to other logos on the market.
There is a lot of information that LogoMaker doesn't include on their website. They do not provide any information regarding pricing. Other industry competitors are very transparent when providing information about packages and pricing. Usually there are month to month contracts or yearly contracts, but LogoMaker does not release this information on their website.

So easy for non computer people like myself- clear and simple step by step
Made the perfect logo for my personal website. Fast delivery and good designs specified to your liking.
I bought a logo which met my expectations, but after buying a google package along with a domain name I was disappointed by the lack of customization to do with a website. I have tried several times to ask for a cancellation of everything I bought to be charged on a monthly basis. There has been no response to these emails as well as no where on the sight does it allow you to cancel your monthly billing/services.
Bad product and bad customer service. Premium membership software no better than free software. Customer service refused refund even though the request was made within hours of paying.
