I don't recall them telling me my interest rate was going to be at 22.9 percent. It is just like a credit card, I tried to get away from. Now I am paying more on interest than my loan amount... :(

Website username and password doesn't work most of the time. I have saved it several times and each month it says they don't match. Then I have to call and make payment which they charge a fee for. Not very user friendly.
