I continue to get e-mail about payments and statements even though I declared bankruptcy several months ago and the remaining balance on my account was discharged by the bankruptcy. I incurred late fees several times because of this. Even though I have contacted my lawyer, I fear that Freedom Plus will continue to take money from my account and the only way I will get rid of them is to sue them.

I was not provided with the 14 % based on the commitment I choosed to have ! I provided pay stubs and banking account and seller asked me 401k and I said I'm busy have a small baby don't have time to sent another email therefore they decided in their own With 17% !! I saw this after I signed the documents ! I would like to be pulled off from this offer unless I have 14% APR !

Whoever left a message on my voice mail needs to be trained in how to leave voice mails. A) she did not say her name and B) I literally had to listen to the message 4 times to get the phone number to call you back. I shouldn't have to do that. I hope my experience gets better otherwise I may have to go shopping for another company that can speak slower on a voice mail.

I find my experience borderline fraud/misrepresentation. I was $40,000 in debt and acquired help from freedom plus to help negotiate with my creditors to lower by balances. However during the negotiation process I was offered away to pay a monthly fee to pay the re-negotiated amounts in full. I did not realize I was signing a contract prior to the completion of negotiations with creditors. I am now in more debt than I was when looking for help from Freedom Plus and looking to get out of this illegal contract..

The people are very nice the only thing that takes the stars away is the interest rate they can take it down a little, I'm currently getting another loan to pay this one off as quickly as possible. I needed the money, and they kill you like sharks with blood in the water don't contact them unless you wanna lose half your soul cause that's what you give away when you sign the contract

I regret using this to spend up my FDR program. I can not log into my dashboard and they say that with the loan they are there to help, but they are not flexible with paymenta at all. In the end I wish I would have stuck with my FDR program. This was a big mustake using them

I agree with Scott on interest rate I’m bad didn’t ask about the interest. They are pushy on phone, sales made me think I would be paid off sooner for less money. They never tell you about their higher interest rates. Do not go with Achieve hind sight is 20/20 I would try Trinity Consolidation I hear that they are very good.

The salesman flat out lied during the application process. When I found out about it, I called customer service and the agent listened to the phone call and agreed he lied. She seemed amused that he lied and said well you can pay off the loan, but I can't help you. I would never work with this company again.

I received a fairly decent deal on a loan. I was told by Alex that after 6 months of on-time payments they would lower my interest rates. I've called Alex about 10 times and he has yet to return my calls!
