... I contacted them for a credit card consolidation loan to pay off my debt once and for all. My credit score was around 750 and I even sent them a screenshot of it... so clearly I'm able to make my payments and they declined me for my loan...total waste of time. Not helpful and they clearly don't understand what the value of a high credit score is.

I had a terrible experience with Freedom Plus! They have no right of rescission once the loan docs have been sent. I tried to cancel only hours after returning the docs because I found a MUCH cheaper loan. They said they would "try" to cancel it. I was surprised weeks later when it wasn't canceled and the funds were sent anyways. I was given unreasonable dates to return the funds in order to wave the origination fees. I was charged for money I didn't want, didn't use, and I wouldn't recommend this company. Watch out!

This lender is not to be trusted, my credit is 714 and they promised you lower rates and lower origination fees, but they LIE. They ask to run your credit just to try to go around the bushes and increase your rate for any reason. I provided all the documents about my income and they just played LOAN SHARK! Long story short I am glad I said no and went to another lender with lower rates better monthly and less shady business.

This company never resolves the problem they created and each time I call them, it only makes it worse. I asked to change my payment date a couple of months back and they have pulled payments at various random times putting me in an overdraft situation on multiple occasions. I have made numerous calls and sent emails but they still haven't made any attempt to get it right. They also don't reply to any emails or call back when promised. I strongly caution anyone considering Freedomplus. It has cost me far more than the term of my loan - money, time and frustration.

Same story as with all bill consolidation loan services. Once they have you, they don't want to hear from you again. That's a shame and should not be tolerated. These people are making a fortune off the American consumer. Think hard before taking out a loan from these companies. Look into other options before you commit to years of payments.

I am in disbelief and appalled that you would charge a customer $15 to RECEIVE A CHECK!!! What do you pay your accounts receivable personnel...$500 per hour??? Obviously you don't want to receive additional payments from your clients because you want to rip them off with additional interest and fees! I will be looking for alternatives to pay this loan off.

I was mislead into thinking that adding my husband as a co-applicate on my loan would lower my interest rate. Which was not true, the rate that was offered to me was still higher than the interest rate on all my credit cards. I will not recommend this company to my friends and family.

I applied for a loan. The information provided to me regarding rate, monthly payment, etc. was incorrect and misleading ('a mistake was made"). As a result I made financial decisions based on false information. When the error was discovered, I received an apology and "corrected" options. I was and continue to be very dissatisfied with my experience and would not recommend FreedomPlus.

Freedom was supposed to payoff another loan for me. I was told the payment would be sent FedEx. Instead, they sent it regular mail and I had to pay interest on the other loan plus this new loan for 2 weeks. Worst customer service ever. Bait and switch. They are extremely nice during the application process and then once you sign your loan documents, they treat you like garbage. I will be re-financing this loan through another lender as soon as I am able.

I've been unable to view my statement from day one. It always says invalid username or password. I have even talked with an associate who walked me through it and she couldn't get me through either. I guess that this is ;just progress and some of us just have to live with the fact that certain information doesn't belong to you anymore. Have fun with my money . I do not like your customer service process. It makes you leave a message for a return call. When dealing with any payment inquires I think its best to get a live representative for more comfort that shows you all are catering to my needs waiting for a return call stinks when we live in a real time society!. Also there should be a way for customers to pay additional payments to their loan online.

Was not told of $1,000. application fee plus 15% interest rate. Only the 14 % interest rate. This is a very expensive loan. Also no time to be able to cancil this loan. Should have at least 24 hours to change your mind. I feel scamed.

3% Orgininator fee? That is $900 dollars on a 30K loan and they take it off the loan without any warning. I wish I knew about this before committing and sending all my paper work. I will never do business with them again, will repay this loan immediately and find business somewhere else. Another thing is that you cannot make payments online whenever you want, you have to call to make those extra payments. They only take automatic deductions from one account. Overall, very disatisfied with this company, never again.

I asked if I could add more money onto my loan, because my wife was just recently diagnosed with breast cancer, and we have a lot of medical bills, and she has to have major surgery. They told me sorry, there is nothing we can do. This is the most heartless most disgusting company I have ever dealt with. They make me want to puke!

Not having the ability to make payments online is very disappointing to me. I am pleased with most other aspects regarding freedomplus, but the website could use some updating. Again most of my complaints is about not having the ability to make payments at anytime or change the amount or anything like that.

I continue to get e-mail about payments and statements even though I declared bankruptcy several months ago and the remaining balance on my account was discharged by the bankruptcy. I incurred late fees several times because of this. Even though I have contacted my lawyer, I fear that Freedom Plus will continue to take money from my account and the only way I will get rid of them is to sue them.
