I approached FreedomPlus with an eye toward consolidating debt that would have taken approx. 15 years to pay off due to daily balance periodic rate. My first contact was Jason, who connected me with Gabriel. Gabriel became my loan officer. In less than 72 business hours I had 9 credit cards paid in full. This new loan is with a fixed 9.24% simple interest rate and a monthly payment that is significantly less with than what I was paying on the cards each month. This is a 3-year loan with no pre-payment penalty. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. The entire process was seamless.

I had a pleasant FredomPlus experience. The application process is simple and only takes a few minutes. They do a preliminary soft credit check that does not affect your credit score. That's a plus! Because of the soft check, you know in a matter of minutes if you qualify for the type of loan you are requesting. Within 24 hours I received a call from Nicholas H., my loan representative, and he asked me a few question about myself; what do you do for a living, what's your purpose for the loan, what's your annual salary, we have several options that may fit your need, do any of these options sound good to you? It was a simple conversation. He thanked me for the chat and said he was sending my application to underwriting and that I would be hearing from him within an hour or two. One and a half hour later he called me back to welcome me to the Freedom Plus family and gave me a more detailed description of who they are and also talked to me again about the options to ensure I was choosing the right plan for my needs. Nicholas proceeded to tell me he would have a contract sent to me shortly, and within 24 hours I had the contract via email detailing the specifics. The whole process took 48 hours. I requested a debt consolidation loan and opted to use their service of paying my creditors for me. I understand you can get the monies requested put directly into your banking account as well. Please note, there is a loan processing fee. With that in mind, a percentage of your loan will be drafted to cover administrative cost. Example- If you need 10K, maybe request 11K as a portion of the 10 will be a fee taking out up front. "I am assuming the administrative cost."
Overall, I am happy with my Freedom Plus experience thus far.
Nicholas, my loan representative is very knowledgeable about the lending industry and gave me some solid advice to think about for future financial endeavors.

I just recently started really hunkering down on attacking my debt. I started my day a little stressed out about high interest-rates and credit card debt. I am now ending my day on a much better note after working with Candyce S. And consolidating my payments into one with Freedom Plus. The process was so fast and so easy. She answered every question I could come up with and was very professional and got back to me exactly when she said she would and sometimes even sooner. Usually I am very skeptical when I receive these loan offers by mail, and I immediately throw them in the garbage, and sometimes without even opening the envelope. I think what intrigued me to open this lending Tree offer was the suggested low interest. I went online and filled the required information and waited for the call. On Monday I received a call from Kisha L. and we talked about the loan. She sounded very knowledgeable and knows all what needed to know about the loan, and believe me many don't, and went with me one step at a time, answered all my skeptical questions and was very honest and forthcoming. Next day, Tuesday I received my loan contract signed it, sent back, and the only thing left is to get the funds in my account. Thank you Kisha for the excellent job you did, Lending Tree for sending me the offer and FreedomPlus for processing the loan.

Honestly, the process has gone swimmingly. Payments are coming out exactly as described and they were able to offer me an EXTREMELY competitive consolidation rate since we have excellent credit. Daniel F, our loan officer, gave me lots of information on consolidating another small balance later on after the promotional 0% APR drops off of it. You would think he would push me to consolidate that balance now, however, he advised me that while it was locked at 0% APR to wait out the promo period to save money.
I have easy terms and my credit score bounced into the 800's after this consolidation was complete. Very easy to do business with and no pushy sales or phone calls at rude hours trying to get me to do anything I don't want to do.

Bobby V was good to work with but I had hoped he would get a better originating fee and lower rate than he did. But his help was appreciated.
The STAR of this company is Ryan Hirst, to read my email when I requested the company return the originating fee in order to help us as victims of the Hurricane Irma and as requested by Governor Scott to all lending institutions, phone companies, cell companies, utility companies, banks, and so forth to work with victims. Two people at Freedom Plus answered by request with a resounding NO... period. Then today, 9/27/2017, came a call from Ryan saying he ad read my email, gone to his supervisor and gotten permission to extend my first payment out to November given me in essence the money due for my first payment to keep . Than you ... you are an amazing young man, an incredible professional and representative of your company and an angel on this earth. Please make certain he is recognized in her personnel file.

Kory J at FreedomPlus was great to work with, he was professional, patient and very helpful in my obtaining a consolidation loan. My initial contact presented a few problems, individuals were not getting back to me as they stated they would, I was leaving messages & still wasn't getting calls returned. Once the application was turned over to Kory, things went much easier. I was disappointed that I didn't qualify for the initial loan amount I requested, but understood that my income was a result of the decreased loan amount I was being offered. It will work out for me in the long run and for that I'm pleased, I will have my credit card debt paid off in a fraction of the time it would have otherwise taken, even though I've always paid well over the minimum payment required.

I had the most Awesome experience with this company and recommend that Freedom Plus is as good as their word. I was able to get approval in a day and consolidate my bills, which is a great feeling with affordable payments. The Customer service was indescribable the person that help me was Cory G (Loan Consultant) he was kind and caring and listen and kept in touch so that I would be comfortable and know what was going on. This seems to be rare in this society, with many companies you don’t always get the work ethnics, so I had to reach out to all who may read this review and let them know that this is a good company to work with and that the under writers and this Loan Consultant is honest and is there to help. I am very please with the process of my personal loan. The interest is high, but they go according to your credit score. Every loan company I contacted the rates where about the same. I did my research, and I can complain about their services. It was an easy step and submitted all my documents as requested in order to process the loan application. The funds were approved as promised.

When I called FreedomPlus I was very hesitant to make a decision to process a personal loan, as this was the first time I had done this. Karie was my loan consultant over the phone, and she took the time to walk me through the process to make me feel at ease. She went over all my questions in great detail, and was very patient. Once we processed the loan, she sent me emails to follow up and called me the next day to let me know the loan paperwork was ready to sign. Total time from first communication to finalization and loan approval was less than 1 1/2 hours. Osvaldo was personable and pleasant, but most of professional and courteous. He explained all the requirements and processes up front. There were no surprises when the documents arrived. The e-signature function was perfect.
The loan product he offered was a perfect fit to my current financing needs. Freedom Plus offered a lower interest rate and a better range of repayment options than a competitor I had previously checked.
I am very pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend Freedom Plus for financing needs.

I appreciate that even when I was overthinking things, he would find a respectful way to help me feel at ease and that everything was going to work out. And it did!! Freedom Debt Relief was truly a blessing for my family. We were strapped down due to a sudden health issue, that was permanent.
We contacted the 800 number after reviewing what you do online. What we found prompted us to call, we were greeted by Meadowlark.
He explained everything in detail and we processed to joining the program and within 2 weeks the harassing phone calls stopped and by the end of the month the letters were no longer being set to us.
You're program has worked great for us, and we are greatful for the savings financially and spirituality as we were completely drained before both Freedom Financial and Consolidation Plus programs provided the light at the end of the tunnel for my family.

The process was simple and easy to complete. My loan was approved in less than 8 hours. Several options were explained to me with the differences of each detailed. For example, the differences between a 2 year loan and the 5 year loan with what different interest rates and monthly payments. Jake, the employee I worked with was wonderful to work with. He was pleasant and professional. Excellent at explaining the process, what the different options were and answered all questions patiently. It was clear he worked on my loan as soon as possible. There were no long waiting times for me. I would definitely highly recommend their services.

I was very impressed with this company and how quickly my debt consolidation loan was approved and processed. My loan officer, De'Marco Jefferson, was wonderful. He answered all my questions and gave me valuable information regarding the loan process. If he was unable to answer a question, he immediately researched and obtained an answer. Within a week of being approved, the funds were in my account. In spite of the high interest rate, I was amazed and pleased with the ease and speed of this whole process. Their customer service was very personable and pleasant. I highly recommed this company for your financial needs.

Della Williams is Amazing / Excellent....I highly recommend her if you are applying for a Personal Loan. She answered all my questions and was always available. She walked me through the entire process and took her time explaining the process. The easiest loans process I ever encountered.... Freedom Plus gave me the Amount I asked for when my personal bank I've been banking with for 15 years wouldn't. Still haven't received the loan funds after approval two weeks ago.
This was intended to be a small loan to cover a debt while waiting for revenue from the sale of a home. Achieve application filled out and approved 2nd week of November, Representative told me 15 days max to fund. 13 days after application I get an email stating "loan funded" but no money was deposited in my account. I call them "the money will be deposited in 10 to 15 days from the date of that email". Ummm, what??? "this is a brand new loan and you will have to wait". Sir, this is not a new loan, I was approved 2 weeks ago. "that isn't what my computer says". So, now the first payment is due December 16th for money I never received and apparently won't for another 2 weeks, if ever. I would like to speak to an attorney about this because it looks like their is meat for a class action lawsuit. I will have the payout from someone getting their mortgage done BEFORE this loan money is dispersed. That makes ZERO sense. I used Lending Club a few years ago....much faster.
Achieve, I hope you read this. I am going to find other people you did this to and SUE you. If I needed the money in a month, I would have gone a different way. Unprofessional at it's peak.

This is a company that practices predatory lending. I spoke to a loan officer who quoted me a rate of 19% which is high for an experian score of 680 with a consistent income over 200K for the last 12 years. They publish a reduced rate opportunity if you use the money to pay off a debit. I used to pay them all off and my rate when the loan documents came through (After the payments went to the credit cards) was 29% I balked and asked them why the difference. I was not given an answer and was told that they could not retract the payments and the only thing that I could do was refinance in 6 months. I called back in six months with a 747 credit score and was denied.

I liked that they were quick with a decision. They were unable to fund me for the entire amount requested and their interest rate is rather high however I won't have this loan for longer than 2 years so not really a problem. Kevin was polite, respectful and easy to work with.

I noticed that Achieve does not report to credit agencies. I have religiously paid on time and this should be reflected on my credit report but it does not. Also, because of my "great" payment history I would be eligible for a new rate, ONLY after they did another hard hit on my credit report and appraisal on my home. Humm...
In the process of going through a Credit Union for a better rate. Should have gone with Take Charge America. Way better for debt consolidation.

I liked the prompt manner that my needs were addressed. I felt that the original amount that I requested, being only $4000 different(more) could have been approved. I had a question after approval concerning deposits that appeared in my account after approval and I didn't feel the same level of courtesy as I received during the application process.

They beat out So-Fi who dragged their feet after initially approving me. The person in charge of my loan was not the sharpest knife in the drawer to say the least. He spent a great deal of time trying to act superior with me when in point of fact he was slow on the uptake. Anyway they got it done and the terms are better than most is all I can say for now.

Achieve is probably one of the better loan originators I have worked with to date. They were straight forward on what I could expect and I got exactly what I thought I was getting. Long story short? Need a personal loan? I recommend achieve. Super friendly service and no hassles.
My suggestion would be to avoid incentives to those who are able to pay off their balance in 10% of the agreed upon time. Also make it easier to change due dates.

Jonathan was a very pleasant and extremely helpful in obtaining a loan for me. I am now saving lots of outgoing money from being able to pay off high interest rates on credit card debts, and now with a payment much lower than before. I cannot thank him enough for his assistance. I am now breathing easier and able to put funds aside each month into a savings account and even have hopes to pay off this loan earlier than terms I currently have and, this loan does allow for an early payoff with NO PRE-PAYMENT penalties.

I feel very fortunate that FreedomPlus gave me an opportunity to consolidate my debt. My consolidated payment is lower than what I was paying to each card altogether and I'm now out of a vicious cycle of handling interest on top of my balance. My interest rate is lower than what I was paying, although not amazingly lower...it's still lower and strategically that makes a difference to me. There's no penalty to pay off my principal balance ahead of schedule, so that's advantageous in getting further ahead of the interest rate. That being said, I can rely on a low monthly payment if needed. I considered giving 3 stars because of the interest rate still being double digit, but it's personally meaningful enough to warrant at least 4 stars considering no company is obligated to assist -- it's simply their opportunity. Overall I have some breathing room, and I'm very grateful to be able to have a more manageable method to handling my debt. Had a rough patch, but many more years to work well ahead of it. The process was comfortable, and the old balances were paid in about 7 business days. Thanks again, FreedomPlus!

I had an amazing experience. I was very intimidated getting a loan for the first time. I was worried about being scammed or taken advantage of not knowing much about the process.
