My loan process just finalized 1 day ago, so I'm not sure about all the other reviews I may make in the future. But so far so good as far as customer service goes. Process was pretty smooth, just needed a few necessary documents to get rolling.

I wish the website gave more information, but it was very easy to get started. All the paperwork took just over 24 hours and now I'm waiting for my credit cards to be paid off. I do like that there is a deduction of the interest rate if you're using the loan to pay off debt and if you have money saved for retirement. I'm hopeful that once I start making payments online that the website is easy to navigate. Customer service was definitely top notch! My advisor, Liz, was very informative and helpful. I'm very glad to have the huge burden of credit card debt taken off my shoulders!

My experience with Freedom Plus was superb. The loan application process was quick and simple. My loan officer Charles S was absolutely great and he walk me through the whole process. He was very accommodating. I was very nervous like the previous reviewer doing this online for the first time but everything went through smoothly. I am now waiting for my loan to be funded. I would have given a 10 but the interest rate could have been somewhat less since they charged the origination fee. Still I am grateful for them accepting my application and giving me the loan.
