Within the terms of service, JivoChat states that subscriptions and subscription fees “are based upon the account type you have selected. For renewals, JivoChat or its payment processor may automatically charge your credit card the amount of the then-current fee for your type of account plus applicable taxes. All payments are non-refundable.”

JivoChat members can cancel their account at any time; however, their cancellation will be effective immediately and they will not be able to access the JivoChat Service. They also are not entitled to a refund for any fees they may have paid.
