Founded by technology entrepreneur and attorney Fred Cohen, Zola is a legal practice management platform. The software was designed to supercharge law firm operations with an unprecedented level of capabilities, using desktop and mobile interfaces that are intuitive, fast and engaging.
ZolaSuite was created to increase productivity with regards to the business side of a law practice. The platform is user-friendly and helpful for navigating tasks and cases.
Zola Suite’s current customers have stated that the dashboard is easy to navigate and very helpful. It gives a good overview of tasks in progress and needed to be done, allows for quick access to the programs that are used most frequently, and can generate reports easily.
The company’s software suite has a robust and efficient email management system as well as easy one-step data entry that is much less cumbersome than other legal management software programs. This saves a lot of time for customers.
Zola Suite prioritizes good customer service and current customers state that service representatives are knowledgeable and helpful. There is a dedicated customer service rep for each account, based in the United States.
Zola Suite is competitively priced when compared to Clio’s highest tier of service but is slightly more expensive than others like MyCase and Practice Panther. However, with the features built in and lack of integrations, customers don’t pay for numerous 3rd party programs in addition to Zola Suite.
While Zola Suite has many capabilities and functions, there are some that are done better and more efficiently by third-party software. Unfortunately, there are not many integrations available at this time on Zola Suite.
Customers have complained that there are glitches or bugs that pop up from time to time. Some are easily worked around or addressed, but others cause delays or inability to complete certain tasks. Customer service is available during office hours and can usually resolve issues quickly.
