I like their phone support - the reps go out of their way to assist. However, my experience with their in-person store has been awful. For example, just last week I needed to return a small piece of equipment. The receptionist took the device and gave me a "receipt" but said I had to wait until my name was called to complete the transaction. The store was crowded and my wait would have been at least 30 minutes when I did not need any service. I had already taken care of account matters by phone so there was no value added for me to wait when I had already given the employee the equipment.
