Dishonest. They told me I was on a plan and my bill was fixed, then it was never done. You call and get India and they promise to resolve your issue within 72 hours, it never happens.

Extremely poor customer service. Poor training on customer service representatives. Had to state my problem 5+ times and be routed to many different staff member before a conclusion was made. No improvement after all.

We were told we will have 100MBps and are paying accordingly... after trying it for a while we called their support and realized,using speedtest.net that we are getting only 24 Mbps!!! Charter said that it can be 100MBps if we do not use a router.. How can that be?!? !!!

I had Spectrum internet service and Spectrum TV for over 3 years. Their service in the St. Cloud, FL area is just mediocre. Download speeds are never over 100 megabits and the Spectrum TV app crashes frequently. I switched to T-Mobile home internet and I am very happy with the service.

I noticed that the customer service at spectrum could be better. I have noticed that when I called and spoke to a rep, her background was noisy and she was rude. I hope that their reps are in a quiet space to handle the service of the customers.

Spectrum is the absolute worse. From the customer service representatives, to the service. I was a spectrum customer for over 20 years and finally cancelled all services due to continuous bad service. I’ve had to email their CEOs countless times just to get responses an action from my request.

Would give a zero if possible! One of the worst companies I've ever worked with in my 63 years of life. Not just one bad experience but numerous. Customer service is rude and dishonest. Supervisor/management never return calls. Service is unpredictable and there's always excuses. I gave up cable service 3 years ago because of spectrum. Living on Carolina Beach they were the only option and I have since then remained cable free and would never go back to Spectrum if they gave me a free year!

It is always a difficult thing to speak with a live person who speaks any English well in a timely fashion to discuss issues. When you actually do reach a person, there are multiple transfers and inadequate answers to the concerns. Very frustrating when I was paying a substantial bill on time every month. Horrible customer service! I finally switched to AT&T internet and get my TV service streaming from you tube TV. We saved over $100 a month by making the move. Thankful we did and loving the savings and customer service we now receive.

We had a great rate with them. Usually I call and get same rate renewed. This time the person told me no. So I went to AT&T. When I call to cancel this person told me I could have gotten the same rate. So customer service needs some work. Happier with AT&T anyway because we don't loose service as much as with Spectrum.
