I can’t say enough about this entire process! From taking the impressions, setting up an easy payment schedule to the quick change in my smile! I’m on week 11 and I feel so much better about my smile already. My bite wasn’t lined up and I had a big gap between my front teeth and on the bottom teeth too. In 4 weeks my top teeth will be complete and my self confidence will change. My bottom teeth need more work, but it won’t be long. If I knew this was how easy and amazing this process was going to be, I would have done it so much earlier! The only thing I had to get used to was sleeping with them in, which didn’t last long and in the big picture not a big deal. If you have been thinking about trying this, don’t hesitate anymore!

I had Invisalign in the past but it didn't take. I knew how much of a hassle it was to get my impressions and all the orthodontists appointments I had to go through for Invisalign. So I was a little skeptical of a company offering a do it yourself no appointments kit. I have to say that I am glad I chose Byte. The kit came within 2 days. Plenty of instructions and videos to make sure your impressions come out right. Sent my kit back and within 3 weeks of purchasing the aligners, I had a full set of 17 weeks of aligners sent to my house. Super easy to use. I am 7 weeks in and I can already see such a difference. Also it only cost 1/3rd of Invisalign. If you are on the fence, I would take the jump and give Byte a try. Great company and amazing customer service.

The whole intake process was professional, well-guided and easy. The products and directions are beautifully packaged and instructions are very clear. The “transformation” video gave me a good idea of what the progression of change would look like as treatment went on, so I knew what to expect. My particular aligners needed some trimming and filing each week in order for them to fit without rubbing in spots- but I got the hang of that after a while and they became pretty comfortable. Now with just 3 weeks remaining in my treatment, my teeth are where I had hoped they would be and I’m impressed that it has happened so fast and without the endless trips to an orthodontist. Very pleased.

My experience is still in the beginning stages. I am on the second week with my treatment program. I can certainly tell my teeth are going through a transformation. It is not painful. In fact each week I am looking forward to advancing into increasingly progressive adjustments made by the aligners. What starts out as a tight fit at the beginning of the week is a pretty comfortable one at the end. It is motivational to see the progress on the Treatment Viewer provided for my specific program. My wife and I chose Byte over other competitors based upon customers' reviews. To date, I can confirm their services are very customer oriented, friendly and helpful. After shuffling through a few different companies, Byte seemed to be one of only a handful that actually used licensed orthodontists to prescribe the treatment plans - which was important to me. So thankful I decided to go with them! I was really skeptical of this whole thing at first, but they reassured me that I was in good hands and seem to really care unlike other companies. I noticed a gap in my teeth in the 3D mock up of the treatment plan they sent. I asked my advisor about it, and she had it corrected within an hour. This added a couple weeks onto my treatment, but that's the price you pay. The aligners themselves took a good month for me to get used to, but now it's just another part of my daily routine. I'm on week 8 of 24 and loving the results already! Highly Recommend!

My journey started off with wanting an at-home solution to straighten and whiten my teeth. This process is very emotional for me because I am in the first year of grieving the loss of my dad. I will be publishing a book in May 2020 that is based on true deep thoughts and actions during my life story. Byte was less than half the cost of what my local orthodontist was going to charge to fix my lower teeth. It is much less painful than the traditional braces I had in middle school. No bleeding, no hassle, and no pesky appointments requiring me to take time off work. I am halfway through my treatment and couldn’t be more pleased. I love byte ! It’s been easy from the beginning . They send you all the aligners you need after you finish your molds. Then you wear them. I have never done this or had braces so the only thing I was worried about was how my teeth would feel and react to the faster than usual correction . The hyperbyte helps with this “ache” the first day or two of wearing a new set every week. It doesn’t hurt at all ! I have straight teeth now in less than 12 weeks ! All of this depends on how much you need to correct , but I recommend byte to anyone with minor to moderate crowding and spacing. plus no back and forth to the orthodontist. Yay!

I recommend Byte to anyone who is considering clear aligners. The customer service is great and very responsive to questions. The process is simple, once you send in your impression kit your aligners arrive within a couple weeks. I have been able to switch them out weekly as advertised and am about 2/3 of the way through my treatment plan. It has gone by so much faster than I expected and really doesn't come at a hassle. I am extremely happy with my results and can't wait to see the final 'product,' My only regret is that I didn't do is sooner.. Seriously if you are considering a clear aligner treatment plan chose Byte!

This is my second review of Byte; And I still love these aligners. I still still have a couple months to go but my teeth have shown great improvements. This all happened without pain and extremely little discomfort. The discomfort only last the first day when you switch them to a new set and like I say it is basically just knowing they feel a little tighter. I'm loving that I can already smile and laugh even when my aligners are not being worn. The payments I'm making for getting my confidence back is small enough I don't hardly notice. I love that there are dentist you can talk to if you need any questions answered. All in all I have not had a moment when I questioned why I did this or why I chose this company. Byte is great! They really are there for you every step of the way.

I have never had the best luck with my teeth. I have had teeth removed, retainers for years, then braces for years. After awhile my teeth began to crowd. I have picked this company to straighten my teeth after doing some good research on the different aligner companies. I think Byteme offers the most innovative technique. They have told me my teeth will get straight in just 18 weeks. Other companies say 6-9 months! If I have to have this in my mouth, I want them out as quickly as possible. Up to this point, my experience with this company is stellar. Customer service reps are very responsive, delivery for my impression kit came immediately and the response back was just as fast. I can’t wait to get started and should receive my aligners in 3weeks time!!

My 3rd week with my aligners and I’m very happy that they fit well. The first week was tough because my teeth is not used to it. I felt a little pain because they are tight which is normal coz its what supposed to do so that your teeth will move and the hyperbyte helps with the pain. But after 4-5day you will get used to it. The only thing I hate is that My routine became longer like flossing, brushing then i have to brush the aligners too lol like im brushing 2x morning and night. And removing the aligners when you eat and drink lol you dont wanna stain your aligners. But for the sake of straighter and whiter teeth we have to do it! But so far i think they are still better with dental braces!

So far, my Byte experience has been great. I first heard of Byte at the end of 2018. They were a fairly new company, so I hesitated. The summer of 2019 I was able to find more customer reviews and the Byte information was increasing. Byte has great resources to help walk you through the whole process of impressions. Customer service is helpful and not pushy. The patient portal is full of helpful information and includes the graphics of my treatment plan. My treatment plan includes 22 trays. Only 15 trays were sent to start. I am now on trays 10 and I just got an email to check on my progress before sending out the remaining trays. I am confident the rest of the process will go as smoothly as it has so far.

Idk where to start lol... But one of my friends introduced me to Byte. He saw that it was lifetime guarantee (one of the positive things) and it is inexpensive (2nd positive thing) comparing to other companies. I began my byte journey this month. I am at the end of my 2nd set of aligners. I haven’t seen any results as of yet maybe because its still too early to see any differences. When I have the aligners on, My teeth feels tight and sometimes I feel my teeth throbbing. Im assuming that the aligners are working. When I eat, my teeth does hurt when they are rubbing against each other. But it doesn’t bother me that much as long as I chew slowly. The one important thing I do like is byte’s customer service. Its great. Its professional. Its simple. Its easy. Its straight forward. They follow up on you through email, phone calls and text messages. If you have any questions or concerns and if you leave a message, they DO get back to you unlike other companies who don’t. I can’t wait to see how my teeth will look like after I finish the treatment/journey. Btw, their shipping speed is SUPER FAST! I do recommend this company to anyone who wants straighter teeth along with reasonable price and great customer service.

Byte has been a great experience so far! Aligners arrived early, the discomfort really only lasted the first couple days and my smile is awesome now! The Hyperbyte system really does help things move faster and helps to decrease discomfort especially when you transition to the next set. I found that when I switched to the next set my teeth would feel pressure the first couple days but it was never unbearable and after those first couple days it’s just a matter of keeping them clean and letting them do their thing! Customer service has been timely, friendly and professional! All in all, one of the best personal investments I’ve ever made - totally worth it!!!

Just an FYI, this is not a paid advertisement! Before I found Byte, I was considering getting traditional braces since my top and bottom tiers of teeth were shifting. After spending countless hours on google, I found that you could purchase Byte Aligners at fraction of the cost of traditional braces and achieve your dream smile within half the time! I wore braces when i was younger but as i got older and my wisdom teeth came out my teeth shifted. Byte then came to the rescue! I am too old to wear braces again so that was out of the question. I am so grateful that Byte aligners are clear and undetectable. No one sees them which is the coolest thing ever. Also, its very cool seeing my smile getting back to how it looked post-braces. In addition, the byte customer service team is absolutely fantastic! they email you right away and resolve any questions or issues you may have. After another company that (s)hall not be name(d), jacked up my teeth (they did make them better than before, I’m not totally ungrateful, I was less than satisfied, while getting nowhere with said company, I decided to try byte, and I’m SO glad I did! From the moment I signed up, customer service has been amazing! (Shout our to my byte consultant!) my aligners arrived a week or two early, the instructions were the *easiest* to read and follow, I mean, down to the packaging, I was impressed! On to the product! The hyperbyte was a great addition! After using it, I can feel the aligners seated better and *gasp* NO.GAPS.!!!!! ( old aligners (not byte) used to have gaps due to ill-fitting aligners!) Britebyte really did make my breath better and I did see a difference in color as well, looking forward to seeing a big change in the coming months! On to the aligners! They hurt oh-so-good!!!!! I LOVE to feel them *actually* working! It’s like a tiny hug to the teeth! More like a bear hug, but I promise, it’s a great thing!!!!! They go together perfectly, so good that when it’s time to take them off to eat, they don’t want to let go! Haha! Once again, I promise, from experience, that it’s a GOOD THING!!!!! This is my second experience with invisible aligners. Byte has been, so far, a far superior experience than my experience with another company (where I wore aligners for a year and a half). Byte’s customer service as well as all of the tools and information that they provide customers with makes ALL the difference, not to mention how quickly everything arrived. Even the material that Byte aligners are made with is superior to the material used by the other company that I used previously. So far my experience with the Byte Company has been great! 😊 The customer service is amazing! They respond quickly, & are always so friendly. I check in (through texting) with my assigned Byte Orthodontist Dr. Todd on a regular basis so that he can follow my progress. He’s always so nice & upbeat! Service has been quick. April 25th, I ordered my impression kit — April 27th, I received it in the mail — April 30th, I made my impressions & mailed them off — May 2nd, my impressions were approved —May 3rd, I received my 3D treatment plan preview — May 4th, I approved my treatment plan — May 7th, I received my Dr. Todd Treatment Plan Video & my Byte Before/After Profile Pics — May 15th, I ordered my aligners — June 6th, I received them (3 weeks later). The aligners have fit me well & have been very comfortable with no rough edges to file. I can already see changes in my teeth — they are getting straighter & whiter. I love byte. I did a lot of research on invisible aligners. The ones offered by my dentist were going to cost $6000. I compared all of the at home aligners including cost, treatment length, perks, and if they would work with my bridge. Byte was one of the only companies i found that had asked about the bridge up front. There was one other but the impression kit was triple the cost. The cost of the aligners were 1/3 of the cost quoted by my dentist! They also have some great payment plans, i went with split-it, which is also great while waiting for my dental insurance to reimburse me. So i went with byte and i am SO happy I did. I am about a month away from finishing my treatment and the results so far are amazing!

I'm only on my 4th set of 14 set of aligners and I can already see a difference in my teeth. I love how convenient this company is. My issue was considered cosmetic so my dental insurance wouldn't cover it. I have crowding on my bottom row that causes a tooth forward and n causes me to bite my lip constantly. I turn to other options and came across Byte. Their hyperbyte cuts time in half so my treatment time will only be 3 months! The process to begin straightening my teeth with Byte has been so easy so far. The impression kit was easy to use but I would suggest having someone there to help you. My aligners arrived in the mail three weeks after my treatment plan was made. So far the first three aligners have for my teeth perfectly and I love how white my teeth are. I have had very minimal pain; nothing compared to having real braces. I also love how fast my treatment plan is. I only have to wear these for twenty weeks and the reason I chose byte was because they have a lifetime guarantee of a perfect smile and they also include a permanent retainer for night.

I had been thinking about fixing my teeth for quite a while but never got to it. I then came across a commercial for smile direct club and decided why not give them a try. Upon meeting with them in person, they did virtual impressions of my teeth (for the aligners). Within days I received an email stating that my new smile was ready to view. Upon clicking the link provided by smile direct club I was prevented from going further unless I made a payment of $1800 first. Immediately I became hesitant because I thought to myself, “what if I don’t like how my teeth look after I’ve paid, then what?!?”.. Then is when I started looking into other companies whom also offer aligners. This is when I found BYTE! After doing my research, I decided to order my impression kit and immediately sent it back. Within days I received an email stating that my new smile was ready to view........ AND THERE IT WAS!!! Upon clicking the link I was immediately given all of the information regarding my treatment plan. It literally showed me what my teeth would look like before, throughout the weeks, and after! I was very impressed by the fact that I did not have to make a payment in order to see what my smile would look like afterwards. I decided to sign up right away! On the byteme website it stated I would receive my aligners in 5 weeks and they were at my doorstep in 2 and a half weeks! I am currently on week 6 and customer service has been extremely helpful in answering any and every question I have ever had. I would 100% recommend Byte to anyone whom is looking to fix their smile.

I first noticed byte’s ad after looking into at-home options for my teeth. They made it look simple, fast, and helpful. After looking into other companies, I chose byte as the company I would want to work with. The delivery for the impressions kit was super fast and instructions easy to use. Once I submitted my kit back (which they offer with free shipping), and filled out the rest of my information, I got my first few sets of aligners along with the HyperByte and BrightByte. When it did come, it was obvious that the BrightByte spilled during transit, but their customers service replied to my email the same day and sent it over very quickly. I’m 8 weeks in and the results are incredible!! So excited to share my new smile with the world in just a few more weeks.

People have always told me I had a great smile for never having braces before. However as time went on and wisdom teeth broke through, my teeth shifted. I was always interested in getting aligners or braces but I know that would hurt my wallet and when my friend Leah started talking about Byte on her Instagram, I took that as a sign that I should try. I’m so glad I did! The team and customer service at Byte has been nothing short of exceptional. I was receiving follow up emails to ensure I received my impression kit and if I had any questions along the way. So far I’ve already told 5 people I know about Byte and they too are interested in trying. I tell them it’s worth it especially because the price point is nothing compared to competitors which often times are around $10k....with dental insurance! 42 years I lived with crooked teeth. But in less than 16 weeks, I went from embarrassing lower teeth, to a straight, bright smile that I happily show off to anyone who asks. It was that fast. And quite honestly, the results were obvious right away. Byte made the whole thing as easy as can be. I had questions along the way that were answered in a flash and the advice was spot on. When my process came to an end, and foolishly I accidentally broke my tray— Byte called ME to see how I liked the results!! When I told them about the tray mishap, within 3 days (72 hours!!!) I had a new tray in my hand. And Byte took care of it. Amazing! I really did not know what to expect and I was surprised by the service, speed, and care that Byte took with me. I started my Byte experience in January after doing a lot of research of the multitude of companies now doing online orthodontics. I was impressed with their reviews, treatment times, and cost. Impression kit came quickly and was super easy to use. The trays were too large for my mouth and after a phone call smaller ones were sent out immediately. My treatment time is 13 weeks and I am on week 10. I’m thrilled with my results. Customer service has been great to answer any questions or concerns. In my 40's, my some of my teeth started to shift. I was not interested in having metal braces on my teeth. The cost of other aligners was really prohibitive, so I simply ignored the problem. Unfortunately, the problem progressively got worse. I am now in my 50's, and I had almost given up hope. I am so glad that a friend told me about Byte! I was really skeptical because some of my teeth had really become crooked due to overcrowding. The impression kit was really quite easy. I loved seeing the 3D animation of what I could expect along the way. I'm over half-way in my treatment plan and I am amazed at the difference! Byte has been with me every step of the way. Any time I had a question, they responded to my emails the same day. Superb customer service and product! It's amazing what having a better smile gives to someone's self confidence! THANK YOU, BYTE!

The absolute worst business experience of my life! First off- they do not work! I was told it would be 6 months before I have a straight smile and guess what??? It’s been 2 1/2 years. Yes, YEARS!! And I’m not even close to being done. Plus, They will try to squeeze any penny they can out of you. I was just told that my “aligner guarantee” was voided because I stopped replying to their emails. Like what???? I’ve been using the app to send In pictures. I was told it will cost me $899 for a “re entry” fee. What a bunch of bull! Like I said, looking for any opportunity to squeeze money out of you.

Don't listen to any reviews that do not go past the 'onboarding experience' - only pay attention to reviews of people who have gone through the full process. Byte is good at one thing - GETTING customers. After that they won't give two craps about you as a customer. Long story short, I followed ALL of the rules and plan, and Byte still screwed up my treatment and refuses to finish it correctly. While I once recommended Byte to everyone who asked, I now regret it. As many other people mention, their goal is 100% GETTING CUSTOMERS. They DON'T CARE ABOUT ACTUAL CUSTOMERS. They are far too focused on acquiring new customers and put all of their customer service and funding into this process. You will feel like a rockstar during the on-boarding process with how much they 'care'. ONCE YOU ARE A CUSTOMER they could not care less about you. E-mailing customer service is an absolute JOKE and they take several days to a week to respond to anything. They do answer chat quickly, that is if you don't go NUTS trying to get to a REAL PERSON instead of their horrible chat bot. If you think Amazon's chat bot is terrible.... Byte's is about 50x WORSE that that one. You have to literally tell it how bad it is for it to let you connect to a person. No joke - type in 'this is stupid' and it will connect you. Their app is an absolute joke, useless and constantly has bugs and issues. I will say I followed EVERY rule and recommendation. I wore my aligners 23+ hours every day and used my HyperByte every day as told. My treatment not ending correctly was 100000% not on me, it was on Byte. FIRST PROBLEM: You better hope you need 15 aligners or less because trying to get the rest of your aligners is a nightmare of a joke. You are supposed to request your continuation at week 12, but their system won't let you until week 13. It then takes them ANOTHER week to actually do anything about your request, and only if you e-mail AND chat with them to push them. It then takes them 3-4 weeks to get you the new ones. So now you are on week 14 just getting them ordered, so you will now be 2-3 weeks late on your continuation treatment. The continuation aligners are NOT THE SAME and cut and fit differently which then leads to the next MAJOR problem. Heaven forbid your treatment doesn't do what it is supposed to at the end (because they did NOT make the continuation aligners right). I'm now working on WEEKS of trying to get their 'clinical team' to fix my treatment. I've sent the same photos and video dozens times and answered their questions 50 times. And several weeks into this they send some stupid 'aligner evaluation' that should have been sent the minute I said the treatment wasn't right. They then ordered 'touch up' aligners WITHOUT APPROVAL. I 100% do not trust this process and I know it will be screwed up again. Not only do they have no idea what they are doing and never read anything I say to them, they REFUSE to address my top teeth at all. They want an EXTRA $600 to finish my treatment the right way verus them GUESSING. I've asked 10 times for them to take new impressions and give me a new virtual care to approve and the absolutely refuse. This is the only way I trust them to finish my treatment correctly because they have been an absolute CLUSTER of a process and total disaster to deal with. They are quite literally guessing how to finish my treatment at this point. So now not only is my treatment going to be months late when I needed it done for a very specific time (which I even buffered before starting), but I'm sure it's going to be wrong again and I'm going to be back to fighting them AGAIN to get my treatment done CORRECTLY. You get an e-mail back from a different person every time and none of them actually listen or read through the information. Because they literally don't care, they just go through the motions. It is 100% my belief that their goal is to annoy you so much that you give up on trying to get your treatment finished. The entire process is unprofessional and an absolute DISASTER. While there might be benefits to Byte like not having to go to an office, you have to hope for everything to go perfectly in order to want to use this. Because pretty soon your 'no hassle' and 'quick treatment' is going to be an absolute headache.

If I could give 0 stars I would. STEAR CLEAR FROM BYTE. Do yourself a favor and go read the comments on the BBB and the reviews for 1-3 stars on the site. I bought into the hype and it’s been the biggest disappointment! I paid for the nighttime aligner plan which is more expensive (2800k ish). The first set of aligners I went through 12 weeks before my teeth just wouldn’t fit into the aligner at all. I notified Byte and they stated my teeth looked like they should have been at week 6. Mind you - I checked in as instructed a couple times in between where Byte staff supposedly checked my picture submissions. After realizing my teeth hadn’t shifted at all, they sent me a new kit for re-impressions. During my next set of aligners I made it to step 10 and aligners once again weren’t fitting. Same thing - multiple check ins and staff never notified me that my teeth weren’t moving and they actually instructed me to advance. Then they back tracked me to step 5. I wore step 5 for 2 weeks and was instructed that my new plan was going to be 2 weeks in each aligner rather than the 1 week because my teeth weren’t shifting like they were supposed to. I wore weeks 5, 6, and 7 for 2 weeks and my teeth aren’t fitting in week 8. I notified Byte that the treatment plan wasn’t working. I have followed all the rules and my teeth aren’t shifting. I have crowding on my bottom teeth in the front and they told me I’d be a good candidate and a night time plan would work. That was a lie. When I asked what happens now because they told me their service would work and it doesn’t they told me I couldn’t get a refund because the aligners are custom made. Literally the worst customer service ever. How does a company get away taking thousands of money from customers when their services don’t work for them? It’s a scam honestly. A big disappointment. I tried on my week 1 aligners and they fit perfectly - that means for 11 months of following the rules I have nothing to show for it except wasted time and stolen money.

I have been on the Byte program for 15+ Weeks now. I have been wearing my aligners basically any time I am not eating and I only eat one time a day. I have been updating when asked with no more than a few days late, which I made up with duration. One of my lateral incisors started gapping at step 8 (I didn't notice) So when I went to order the rest of my aligners I would told to go back until there is no gaps and it is confortable. So my uppers are back on Step 8 and my lowers on Step 15. I absolutely feel that Clinical Support group is not paying attention to uploaded photos UNTIL IT IS WAY TOO LATE! I have tried calling support and emailing and I can't get any solid answers. These aligners are fine, But if I knew I was going to be on my own I would have paid extra for a more reputable company.

They are not reviewed weekly when uploaded only when an issue is brought to our attention.

Treatment was alright. Not really worth the price in my opinion. The invisible braces weren't exactly comfortable and they were shaped really weird. One of my tooth started shifting even when so consistently wear my retainers everyday (some days more than just during the night).

If something goes wrong with your treatment, it's impossible to get a quick answer. They never said I was missing a set of aligners until super late in the treatment and they would refuse to send the retainers and everything else I was missing from the treatment until I uploaded pictures. Uploading pictures does nothing to adjust your treatment. They tell you to go back to previous aligners and spend more days there. I got ok results, and I didn't think I had a big issue to solve. Not worth it, especially for the pain it was to get anything from them.

I have been using the Aligners for 10 months and I'm on my second set. After #12 of my first set of Aligners, I was told I had to start all over again, because apparently they did not work. Now I'm on my second set of Aligners. Needless to say, it was supposed to be 6 month to complete the process, it's been 10 and I'm on Aligners #10. I see some, but very little progress, considering that I follow the plan as suggested by Byte.
