Everything was as advertised, there was even a 3D model that showed how it would go and it only took my 15 weeks to have straight teeth. People didn't even know I was wearing them. Customer service answered any questions I had along the way, so overall great!

I’ve had a good experience with Byte, it works if you are committed to wearing the aligners every day/night. Customer service is usually on point, though I did have a slight issue getting started. After I sent in my molds (took me two tries to get it right), I was being contacted by two byte employees almost every day reminding me that it was time sensitive to finish setting up my account and purchase a plan, but then when I responded no one got back to me for a week. That part was frustrating but I am satisfied with the product so far (about half way through the process).

Sign up and text/call/email communication at start was fantastic/swift. Issues arose with aligners 16 weeks +. They did not fit and quality was cheaper. Each time I tried to contact a rep it took 5 days to receive a reply. This eventually led to a new impressions kit, not to mention an almost 6 week delay in treatment before my corrected aligners arrived. To my surprise, I also received additional week aligners without notice that my treatment plan was not progressing on track (I'm assuming?). Had I been done by week 15 I would be leaving a glowing 5 star review, but because of the later communication delays, lack of honesty on treatment timeline (realistically about 9 months, not 3 months), lower second-set quality and non-fitting weeks 16+ aligners, my rating significantly drops. But because the price is so much lower than Invisalign and they are slowly straightening my teeth, 3 stars it is.

Initially I was excited about Byte. Beautiful packaging, aesthetics, customer service was good. Once I received my aligners, no one called to follow up. Only sent emails even after I reached out with concerns (that I still have) which I can’t always read. Initially, I chose Byte because of those first experiences with product and customer service. Now? I don’t even know what next steps are before retainers even after reaching out several times. I have a tooth that is still out of place. All in all, Byte has nice presentation and is attentive up until the transactional part of the experience is over. I wish they had called to address my concerns. It’s kind of discriminatory to assume everyone can read and reply to incoming emails. Discriminatory because the reason I cannot is because I’m disabled and chronically ill. They never bothered to check in after I emailed concerns and they didn’t hear from me. Disappointing. Had I known customer care was so minimal, leaving me in the dark STILL, I would definitely not recommend Byte and I wish I would’ve gone with smiledirectclub’s more reasonable pricing

The alignments actually do work and the brytebite makes a difference. When I ran out at the end of treatment, I wanted to order more. I want 100% satisfied with treatment so they sent me another impression kit and I’m currently waiting on my additional alignments to arrive. Great customers service! There are delays with responding but their auto reply helps prepare the customer for that. Overall I’m happy with the experience so far.

THE GOOD: My teeth are slowly getting straighter. Treatment is taking much longer than anticipated- which is fine! I'm in no rush, as long as progress is being made. THE NOT SO GOOD: I've had to go back 4 weeks of treatment and am now slowly working my way back to where I was. I can't seem to get past week 8 of treatment. Aside from that, it can be difficult to contact customer service. Sometimes you don't hear back for weeks, other times they respond quickly. Because of this, I've just been doing treatment pretty much on my own and sort of feeling out what is working. Hoping to get past week 8 by next week!

Quick and fast experience. Designed with your own treatment plan and effective. They are comfortable and only cause slight discomfort at the beginning of treatment. Highly suggested versus having to do in office treatments and longer time periods.

I’ve always disliked my teeth. So my wife decided to surprise me with the aligners and I was stop excited but I had no idea how great these actually worked. I mean in just 6 weeks my teeth are 7 shades whiter and so much straighter. I do A full on smile in photos now. You guys at byte really gave me confidence at 31 years old.

I’ve been pleased with my experience with byte. I’ve seen major improvement in 7 weeks already. I love the hyperbyte and whitening/cleansing foam, which is great for sensitive teeth. I do have to file down some uncomfortable spots on my aligners (which is expected) but tedious since I have to do this most weeks. If they send more filers in the kits, that’s be great. Overall, I’ve been happy with byte.

Byte has been an incredibly easy process to straightening my teeth. I wanted to do it for years and they made it so simple. I used their Byte Pay program to make monthly installments and it also offers lifetime replacements of retainers and replacement aligners if any break during use. So far, I'm on my 7th out of 12 aligners and my teeth look great! I'm excited to see the finished result. I haven't had to get in touch with the reps with any issues, but occasionally I get check in emails to see how my treatment is going.

I'm about 1/3 through my treatment plan with Byte and so far I am very pleased! They have responsive customer service, and it was easy to take molds and get my plan together. The packaging and plan make it easy to follow and stick with it. I'm excited to see the final results in a few months!

Affordable and easy way to get your teeth straightened! I personally can’t stand going to the dentist more than I need to, so this is not only cheaper but more convenient. Wonderful for an introvert lol :) I’m about halfway through and happy with the progress so far! Can’t wait to see the finished look.

I started with the Byte aligners process and the support is very good. I got my questions answered and started to wear them in June. I can see already a shift in my teeth toward being straight. That is exciting to me. I am eager to see who they look at the end and how the top and bottom teeth will fit together then. Great company to work with. No complains this far.

The best thing I like about this company is that if my teeth move I can come to Byte to fix my issue. I used to have traditional braces when I was a teen and my teeth moved (obviously) I was bummed because aligners tend to be really pricey when you go to an orthodontist however I discovered Byte and I am proud of my smile once again! My experience with Byte has been great so far! I’ve had minimal discomfort, and started seeing results very quickly. The only negative is that it can take customer service a long time to respond to inquiries, which resulted in my second set of aligners being shipped to my old address. Overall, I would recommend Byte to anyone looking to straighten their smile without the hassle of the dentist’s office!
