I have had my information hacked from Home Depot, United States Postal Service, and Homeland Security. My credit card was used in London, England (I live in Michigan). All I get from LifeLock is that everything is hunky dory. This is the most useless worthless program on earth. The only reason for one star is that I can't submit without one.

I had my information stolen from my computer and I decided to call life lock and I got the protection, I had the middle one, not to much not to less. I told them that my name, social security , address ,birthday and pictures were stolen, after almost 2 months off being protected by them I open 2 bank accounts and bought a car and applied for 4 different jobs, life lock didn't send me any alerts at all, they just took my $29 a month for 2 months without doing anything for me, I told my mom she should get it to, she did and today she bought a jeep for $21k no one contacted her about this loan. We both cancel service with life lock, is just waist of money. I didn't feel protracted at all

I had fraudelent transactions by someone using my debit card #. My Banck noticed, and put an immediate block on my card. Life Lock did not do ANYTHING. My Bank refunded all my charges. Till this day, Life Lock did not even know I had been a victim. Useless.

I am somwhat frustrated by the alert system. Every alert is double posted and I am alerted twice for the same transaction. I have discussed this with Lifelock associates when I have called in for assistance. I get the standard answer "HMMM I will definitely look into this." Nothing happens. I am still getting double notices about the same transaction. Additionally, It would be helpful if in the e-mail alert, I could reply to the e-mail saying YES/NO to the alertt. Website definitely needs some major updating.

We love Lifelock and all their services. We receive text messages any time there is an alert. With all the hacking going on with government, credit card, banking, online databases, we feel secure with Lifelock in our back pocket. We have heard some of our friends that have had their bank accounts drained or credit cards maxed out and do not understand why they do not utilitze Lifelock services. At a gas station I had dropped my credit card after using it at the pump. I had several other errands to run that day. Within an hour I got a call from Life Lock telling me that they had frozen that card because the usage on it seemed out of character for me. At this time I didn't even know I had dropped my card! But yes, someone had tried to use it at several liquor stores in a downtown area-which was quite uncharacterist for me! Good call Life Lock!

They are good about alerting you of credit issues and registered sex offenders in your area. I have been very satisfied with there service. However Billing ins a nightmare. It is Automated and only automated. There is no way for you to pay your bill if the card you have on file with them is declined payment for some reason. I tried calling customer service to pay and also tried logging in to pay through my account on there website. It only allows automated payments. in the mean time they call several times a day saying that they are going to cancel my protection yet they are unable to take payment. What kind of crap is that!!! And the customer service rep hung up on me when I called and was trying to pay my bill. No very happy about this.

I received a telephone alert today which scared the bleep out of me. I had just signed up for internet, cable and phone services with a new carrier not more than 30 minutes before i recieved the alert. I had forgotten I had Life Lock. We were deceived when we signed up and have learned just how poorly your web site operates and how inadequately your service techs respond to problems. 1. We expected full coverage for our joint accounts under one membership but had to buy two separate accounts for full coverage. 2. From day one, your fouled up web site has frustrated our attempts to input our information so that we could get the coverage we paid for. 3. Every person answering your assistance lines must be reading from the same script but don't understand what they are saying! They cannot explain themselves or speak plain enough English language to be understood and are useless for resolving our problems. 4. We paid $600 for a year of frustration and confusion and regret having done so.

I takes LifeLock three to four days before notifying me of an account activity. (My Credit Union notifies me the same day of the activity) For some reason, LifeLock is unable to maintain a connection with my Credit Union and I'm having to "reconnect" often. This is unacceptable. I have been nothing but annoyed since using LifeLock. No service works like I expected, and I keep getting emails stating that they can no longer connect with my bank. Upon following there instructions to reconnect with my bank I continually get an "Internal Error" - LifeLock's, no my bank. Calling their customer service is also annoying. Their technical knowledge of the product is definitely lacking. What they do best is to recite from the boiler plate scripts they've been given. I'm definitely no happy!!!

Transactions made that exceeded my limits with no notifications, when I contacted Lifelock the agent realized that there was a connection error with one of my banks. Lifelock didn't pick it up or notified me there was a problem, I wondered why I didn't get the coverage and feel a lapse like this compromises my protection. Last year shortly after joining LifeLock after being with another identity theft company, we renewed are Sears Credit card after it had become inactive for lack of use. We bought a new refrigerator at our Sears store, renewed our card by reapplying for a Sears new card. Later that afternoon we received a telephone call alert from LifeLock asking us to go to the website and confirm if this was a legitimate transaction by me or not. Needless to say it was legitimate. A week ago our RBC Visa Card number was compromised at places we would never go to or grocery bills we would never charge. Who overlooks your statements for your customers? We never heard a word from you other than to say we had no problems??? Neither of us lost our cards, the numbers were somehow taken and new cards made and used with our numbers on them! My husband has been the victim of identity theft twice ( we suspect once was by a family member). This service is worthless. I got my first alert months after enrolling, when I had already received multiple alerts from Lifelock. When I attempted to call into the AVR, it requires that you enter your phone number. I entered it but the system never recognized it or understood it from the keypad. This is 2015 and this technology has been around for 30+ years. I logged onto the website, but the alerts were not visible from the site. The capper was when I called the service to ask about an alert, they did not verify my identity short of asking for the phone number associated with my account. Because of the rotten service and the lack of security, I decided to cancel. When I cancelled, the operator still didn't verify my identity. Don't walk, run away from this service. Lifelock has been fantastic and I highly recommend it.

With LifeLock's help, we are now getting the fraudulent accounts closed and we feel so much better. To think, I wondered if I should renew my membership this year.......glad I didn't. It was the best money I ever spent.

My husband received a Credit Check alert which was fraudulent. Jennifer, our LifeLock resolution agent, worked tirelessly to get to the bottom of it. For over an our she was transferred from one department to another until she uncovered the problem, my husband's SS# was erroneously entered for the Credit Check. The Credit Check was for someone with the same name with a similar SS#. Jennifer had the Credit Check removed from his Credit Report.

I filled out an application for a new credit card with a new bank. I received an e-mail and phone call to alert me about this new card and if it was me. I was very inpressed with the service.

My insurance online account (USAA) was recently breached and the perp changed my password, pin, and email address. Luckily, I got a notice from USAA advising me these had been changed and called. Once he had hijacked my acocunt, the perp applied for a credit card, which I assume was going to my "new" address. The application was processed and approved - nothing from Lifelock. This happened late on a Monday night. On FRIDAY Lifelock sent a notice asking for confirmation. If this had been my only safety net, it would have been pretty bad. I'm disappointed that the first time a really NEEDED Lifelock, they weren't there. I'm ready for my refund

The service is very good, but I do not understand why the alert software cannot "learn" to recognize trusted vendors. When you have made a charge to the same vendor dozens of times, and it continues to show as an alert, that is annoying and unnecessary. I may discontinue service for this reason. Alerts should not be duplicated over and over.

Last week American Express contacted me that our credit cards were compromised. They took care of me. I did not hear anything from LifeLock. Are they doing their job???

We have used Lifelock services for seven years now and just added my daughter as well. We don't really "use" the services but when anthem was recently hacked i felt a little better about the situation. Also i haven't had problems since joining, they are very pleasant to deal with and i would recommend them to anyone.

As a new member very impressed. Received email that my email and password was detected on a known hacker site. Was able to catch two charges to one of my accounts on same date and reported it immediately. Was able to cancel credit card and get charges removed as result of early detection notice.

One day I was changing my cable/phone/internet service and LifeLock called me on the phone to make sure it was me making the change! Right as I was on the phone with the cable company! I was truly amazed and happy to know that they were right on top of things.
