Information found in this review was current when the company was servicing new customers.
idRadar tells their customers exactly what they are purchasing before they sign up as new customers. New members can even sign up their whole family (spouse, grandparents, children) for an additional $179/year ($15/month).
idRadar’s pricing is very competitive, especially since many identity theft protection companies offer individual plans for a similar price.
idRadar offers unique products to their company such as the Secure Notepad and Disposable Email. These features protect your passwords and keeps your email address secure and spam-free. For $25/month, idRadar members have access to:
- Black Market Internet surveillance
- Non-credit loans monitoring
- Anonymous internet surfing
- 24/7 personal and credit monitoring with alerts
- Monitoring of unregulated networks and file-sharing sites
- Public records surveillance and more
In April 2014, idRadar also introduced new features such as the digital wallet and password manager that have become essential to personal data security.
Customers have stated that their coverage is adequate and that they are pleased with the product and service which they have received from idRadar.
For many companies which are no longer in business, there is a sigh of relief. idRadar is one company with few negative features. The company did not have an open file with the Better Business Bureau and was not CISSP certified, which are both tools which BIDTC’s Review Team uses to rate and rank identity theft protection companies.
“As of December, 14, 2014, idRadar does not offer identity protection services.”
