    This company forces you to call to cancel your membership. Then, instead of letting you run the full course of the month you paid for, it cancels your membership immediately when you call.

    I would have had 8 days left to my membership but they told me to call back to cancel in 8 days. Which, of course is a scam because they want you to forget to call so they can charge you.

    Not a fan of companies that behave this way. Credit Karma is free and I see no real difference between the two.

    I get my credit report and my credit scores and it lets me know if anything has changed. I used this service to get a new car and get a better credit card. It even helps me figure out how I can move my score up.

    I have been using Identity IQ for three years now. hi sis the best identity theft company that I have tried. Beyond great protection and superb customer service, the program has helped me grow my credit scores. Now, if I want to lease a car or buy a home, I get the best interest rates because my credit has become high. I really like the dashboard as I can navigate so easily. I can get a complete credit history and credit analysis in minutes. This is a product I am going to be using for life!

    I’ve been using this service for a few years now, and so far it’s been wonderful! A few years ago I had my purse stolen with a lot of personal information inside. I wish I had been monitoring my credit then, because I became a victim of Identity Theft a few months after my purse was stolen. Now, I get monthly updates and alerts anytime something changes to my profile. It even alerted me after I got married and changed my last name. For me, you can’t put a price tag on peace of mind!

    I’m writing a review of this company because these days you usually never get what you pay for. I bought a new car Saturday afternoon and while I was having dinner that night my phone pinged and I received an email alert that a new credit account had been opened in my name. Of course since the information was correct there was nothing I had to do, but imagine if it wasn’t! These guys delivered just as promised. Getting credit scores and credit reports is nice too. I have no idea what company the other reviewers were using, but it certainly was not the experience I had with IdentityIQ.

    This company has been around awhile and really always improving benefits. The Credit Report is presented very well – it is easy to read and use. Receiving data from all 3 bureaus is a great benefit and better than most other sites offerings. You really receive what you pay for and the price is actually very reasonable compared to other sites. Customer service agents seemed very knowledgeable as they were able to answer questions about program and that satisfied my needs.

    I have pulled my credit report and several other places online but this is the best display that I have seen yet. The report is much easier to read that the free sites. Good work making an easy to read product, worth the money to have a product that you can actually read and use.

    Hoorible company. I canceled a couple days after signing up and they continued billing me and when I called again and canceled they continued billing. 4th time and will see if it sticks. Horrible customer service and in my opinion a total scam. Beware!

    I think credit karma is definitely way better than this and it’s free. Called to cancel on the 15th of the month and had a charge on the 16th. They said it had gone thru on the 14th and they couldn’t refund it so apparently I paid for the whole month but can’t even use it or get my money back. What a scam.

    worst credit check service ever. advise to use a different one. my membership doesn’t end until mid November and by October 17 they already say I don’t have access to my account due to I cancelled the future memberships. so I have a membership till mid November which I cant use at all. Will never recommend this agency to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!

    I consistently tried to cancel my subscription for their services. First of all, it’s 2016 and it’s majorly inconvenient that the only way to cancel is to physically call in and wait on line for a customer service representative. When I first called to cancel, the girl asked why I was cancelling and told her I no longer needed the service. She told me she would be able to lower the price to $7.99, and I thought okay fine… $8 to get your credit score and monitored each month. Come to find out that the $7.99 was just for their basic program and I couldn’t check anything. When I called to cancel they would tell me I had to call at the end of the month. Then when I would call to cancel they would say your card has already been charged, you will have to call again. SO. FRUSTRATING.

    This is nothing but a big scam, I recently couldn’t log onto the system with numerous attempts and even calling customer service…So I cancelled the service and received an email stating this cancellation and than a few weeks latter they billed me again for another month….So fine I called looking for them to return my funds since I cancelled the service and the arrogant, rude, customer service agent refused to issue me a refund….Now I have to dispute it with my credit card company…..Going to do It since I am not going to be cheated by this scam of a company….

    the lack of knowledge from your Customer Service and Credit Counselling department is extremely frustrating it seem as though they’re reading from a script and cannot deviate to provide any real needed information it’s as if they are heartless and unconcern. I know that each of your reps get paid by the hour and seem to only be concerned about that i’m disputing my monthly fee with my bank and demanding a refund for what has yet to be explained to me about my service
