Positive feedback from guests consist of:

- amazed at the imagination behind the conference coffee breaks...they were well connected to the local community and provided a real nice healthy option, i.e. the 1/2 grapefruit was especially innovative.

The Crowne Plaza has an even number of complaints as it does praises. This makes for an unclear determination of the hotel's actual quality of services and amenities. It appears that one person raves about the excellent and friendly staff while the next guest rants about how terrible and disorganized the staff is.
Another issue is one of deception. Some guests claim to be deceived by the hotel's first impression, from the hotel's website photos and even the outside and updated stylish lobbies. Once checked in, guests were disappointed or dissatisfied with the outdated condition of the hotel rooms. Overall, some feel deceived by the hotel's advertising as a five star luxury scale hotel.
A few other concerns and/or complaints:
- overall a nice hotel, but housekeeping could be put to task more.
- hotel needs to spruce it's rooms up a little.
- Cleaning service needs to be improved. For example, guest's shampoo bottle was not even half full. After housekeeping had come in and cleaned/made beds, they left the pillows on the floor. The bathroom floor was super slick, needed to be more than cautious.

Their highlight is their list of 24-7 services, such as fast WiFi available everywhere and power stations for recharging anywhere, anytime. Another plus is the above- average list of national and international pet-friendly hotels. One major critique is that the hotel fails to live up to its claims as a five star upscale establishment.
