Totally dishonest and corrupt. You pay for years in advance and then they will not let you cancer. They tell you things are not covered when in fact they are specifically covered in the terms of the policy yet they refuse to pay for the repair they refuse to reimburse you for your out of pocket costs in getting the repairs for items they should have recovered. There is no legitimate location for these people there are offices evidently a male drop in a hotel in Florida. Like I said corrupt dishonest do not do business with them

I purchased 3 contracts with this company. The first time I used this service Select Warranty failed. They sent a technician out to my property which I paid the service fee. They did not contact me at all. When I reached back to them they told me they thought I was looking for a technician . I was without a refrigerator for 2 weeks waiting on them. I would NEVER suggest or recommend this company to anyone who truly wants a warranty on appliances. PLEASE BEWARE!!!

If I could give this company no stars I would. The first time I called them they didn’t get back to me for over 5 days and by then I had to call someone else and pay full price. Next I had water heater problems and they didn’t even come out and just said no they wouldn’t service my hot water heater. I believe this company is a scam and I’d like my 800 dollars back which I paid for nothing.

Don't sign anything with select home warranty, they are horrible! Every single time we need them to fix out stuff we have to spend at least 4-5 hours on the phone and they take over 3 weeks to fix them, when they fix them. Do not waste your time and money.

Bought a new home, and purchased premium home warranty contract with Select. Had a problem with plumbing 2 weeks after move in, and they refused to cover since clause in contract was no coverage for 30 days. This was not disclosed to me until after I paid the fee, and received contract 2 weeks later. The reason one buys a home warranty for a new house is to cover any unforeseen problems. This is false advertising. Also they are in effect covering only 12 months, when I paid for 11 months.

We had them come out for a dishwasher and I paid the service call the technician came out and looked at the dishwasher he was here about 20 mins. I was told the motor was shot the dishwasher was 28 years old and I had not had any problem with it until now. They denied the claim as they said it was installed improperly, I had to laugh. The dishwasher was 28 years old and it worked fine. They will make any excuse not to pay for a replacement so don't believe the the sells pitch I would not recommend this policy to anyone.

The price is the only part of the company that is ok! They will really short you on claims repayments most definitely! I paid a plumber out of pocket $700+ dollars for service, sent in the invoice & they only offered me $125 back! No Bueno! & last they have no mobile app!

There is absolutely NOTHING I like about this company. In the past year, never not once that I have needed the company I hored to cover my home appliance have stepped up and covered anything. The last eing my leaking water heater. " They don't cover leaks in water heaters! So I ask, WHAT DO YOU COVER? They left me without hot water in the middle of winter for until now 6 days and do they care? NO! Im the one that has to be on the phone chasing them to get back to me. Worst company ever!
