Representative Tony was very understanding to my recent issue and was kind to send to supervisor for review.
Scheduled appointment for sub zero fridge to have ice maker and water hooked up. Tech was scheduled and between One guard and Beyer appliance, neither party neglected to tell me they couldn’t do this service. Very disappointed I paid for the claim but did not get the service.

I have been very pleased with OneGuard up until this last service request. I called in on my hvac on a Monday. Someone could not be out until the following Monday. I had to call to find out what the status was on the service request. This was a Friday. On hold for an hour. The call was 2 hours to find out that it is not covered. So doing preventative maintenance winter and summer is a waste of time and money. Christian Flores was amazing in helping with information and getting a hold of someone to answer my questions. I would give him 5 stars.
