We have had Landmark for a few years and they have failed to help solve issues within our home. We've had multiple times where they have been difficult and haven't helped to solve our issue, but instead kept attempting to receive multiple fees to send multiple folks out who none have solved the issue. We will not be renewing.

If there is a new issue, a new service request will need to be opened with a new fee. Landmark guarantees our contractor's work for 30-days after the repair.

I have had landmark HW for the past year and I can not wait for my contract to end .The most ridiculous and unprofessional team of people ever. I have had to use their "service" twice on my home and each time they did not fail to disappoint me. Not recommended at all. Never renewing my contract again.

They deny everything. They hang up on you. They send inept contractors that are in on it so they can avoid repairing issues. I had a leaky furnace, and their contractor couldn't find the problem. However, an outside contractor found the problem immediately. Weird how that works! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
