Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's not, but it really depends on the case. At some times I have very good experiences where they are very responsive and get back to me real quick. On some other cases the contractor has to come back several times and they can't really fix things. Getting customer support is actually very simple and quick, you can get them on the line and speak to someone to open a case. I am very happy with that. Most of the problems happen after the case is opened, since sometimes it's not straightforward. Sometimes Landmark needs to approve some things and that takes longer.
