I have had landmark HW for the past year and I can not wait for my contract to end .The most ridiculous and unprofessional team of people ever. I have had to use their "service" twice on my home and each time they did not fail to disappoint me. Not recommended at all. Never renewing my contract again.

They have exclusions for EVERYTHING. When they do agree to have someone come out, expect to pay at least a $60 fee... and don't be surprised if they try to seize on something the contractor says to find a way out of covering something. I'd never work with them again.

They deny everything. They hang up on you. They send inept contractors that are in on it so they can avoid repairing issues. I had a leaky furnace, and their contractor couldn't find the problem. However, an outside contractor found the problem immediately. Weird how that works! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
