If there is a new issue, a new service request will need to be opened with a new fee. Landmark guarantees our contractor's work for 30-days after the repair. We have had Landmark for a few years and they have failed to help solve issues within our home. We've had multiple times where they have been difficult and haven't helped to solve our issue, but instead kept attempting to receive multiple fees to send multiple folks out who none have solved the issue. We will not be renewing.
