One time, last fall, I called and talked to a customer service representative. I scheduled the appointment and the third party that they used never showed. Choice never contacted me to let me know what was going on so I missed a birthday party of my cousin because I was waiting on the technician to come out and it was supposed to have been that particular week. I had to wait three days later for the technician to come out. The communication system has failed with Choice and the third party they were using. Choice never followed up to find out if the technician came out. All they did was leave a message and expected that whoever on the other hand got the message. So I'm very dissatisfied with the service.

We've used them twice and both times the represetnative was very professional and very helpful and got the technicians out to our home very quickly. We had a water softener and they were able to repair it and we didn't have to replace it. They were very good about it and got a correct technician out here that was able to solve the problem.

The last time I used it, the guy from Chesterfield came out and took care of it. They had their mask on, everything was efficient because we were under the coronavirus pandemic. Every time I need something, they provided sufficiently and the guys come out within two days and basically do what I need done.

I've used them a couple of times and I usually get a call bak the same day with somebody to come out and fix whatever I need. My washing machine broke and I called and that same day they set an appointment for me. The guy came out the next day and now I'm waiting for parts to come in. They take care of me and their response time is really good.

The service people that were sent out were good this year on the microwave and on another air conditioner repair. They fixed the issue that apparently last year's person just replaced freon a different air conditioner. This person found out it was a leaking valve which was a very cheap part but at least he got it fixed and put some more freon so that was good.

I've used them several times with air conditioning units and heating. I have four units in my house so it's been several times and they have always come through and repaired them. They have also replaced the refrigerator and had some repair work on plumbing and my washer. Lately, it's been very prompt but at first it was difficult to get people out to work.

There have been a couple of mix ups but it has been pretty good. I needed to get my AC serviced and they sent some people to replace it and diagnose the issue. They fixed it. They were able to order the part and get it fixed. It took maybe 4 or 5 days. The only problem that I had was they didin;t want to provide a leak fix option for the air conditioner. When they fixed it, they did replace the part and charge it with freon so in that case there was a partial soution. They contracted with pretty good men and they're pretty quick and coordinated the service.

My microwave went out and they sent soembody out right away. Unfortunately they were not able to fix it or repair it because it was an older model but they did give me money that I agreed to. IT was not enough to buy a new one but it was more like less than half the price because of the age of the microwave which is pretty fair. They've always been timely, especially when I had two issues that happened during the COVID-19. They were prompt in finding me someone and the people came out to help me.

They are very quick to assign a service provider and that service provider within the next 8 to 12 hours contacts and sets up an appointment. We had a repair that was required. We contacted them on Sunday and then someone from the plubmer made an appointment and came in on Monday and took care of the leak. Quality and responsiveness.

I never had a problem and the contractors they sent out were top notch. I had a clog in my sink and they were out immediately, within 24 hours or so. They were pleasant and got rid of the clogs. To me, you went above and beyond what others would have done. Everything was fast and efficient.

Refrigerator problem was fixed. My ice maker went down, I called him and within three days my ice maker was put back and function. The deductible I have to pay is cheaper than other companies. I've used it twice--once for a garbage disposal and once for a gas furnase. Both times, the contractor was prompt in terms of what time he would be there and he fixed the problem. Sometimes we've had to wait a couple days before we get the service and in the case of times like a furnace, you're cold and want a quicker response.

Overall on the small items there is no problem. However these items causes problems in trying to get repairs. My inside unit was 33 years old and the company advised them it was just worn out and to no avail claim denied. I think the process of getting a provider to do the specific job at a customers home should be altered. When the contractor arrives, they have to call in to CHW for authorization. I understand that but oftentimes they are in the phone with a CHW agent for entirely too long.Also, In my case, CHW has set up appointments with contractors who never showed up during the suggested window. On 2 occasions i waited in my house for a total of six hours and both times no one showed up. Of course, the fault lies primarily with the contractor but when I asked to eventually have the service fee waived because of this huge inconvenience, CHW didn’t make good on that. Apparently, my time wasn’t worth the $45 service fee when I eventually received service.

Sometimes it's hard to get ahold of the right person that you need to talk to if you have a problem. I needed a plumber and they told me it was going to be over a week before I could get someone out there and I ended up having to get a plumber to come because they told me they could not get one.

They are knoweldgeable, friendly, and professional. The repair person came out and he was outfitted with his mask because of the virus and he came in and inspected the appliance and told me what was wrong and what needed to be done. Then he had the parts and he repaired it and was on his way. They are very responsive and prompt.

They follow through. They set up the appointments, they sent the repairman, the repairman came and did his thing and all it cost me is 45 bucks so can't go wrong there. I've had my air conditioner fixed. I've had my plumbing issue fixed, and now my drier so three things in one year after having a policy for five years.

My water heater broke and water was flowing everywhere and I called, hoping that I could get it replaced. That was the one time I was very diappointed because it was not covered and was quite expensive. It says it doesn't replace the tank, only replaces the bowls, so I wasn't really happy with that outcome. I've had two other positive experiences. One was my garbage disposal being replaced and the other was my garage door opener being replaced. THe people they sent out were professional and the folks I spoke to in the claims department were very helpful and professional also.

Some of the other companies you gotta go through a lot of hassle to get claim service. I just tell them what the problem was and they take care of it immediately. I had an old microwave that stopped working and they sent somebody out and he got it fixed in about 25 minutes and that was it. He was very polite.

Everything I need, they have been there for me. They respond back to you and follow up with you and make sure that the company they send to do work for you did a good job. I called Choice Home Warranty with an issue and they sent somebody out within two days.
