I made a request because my heater and hot water for my home was not working. The company arrived the next morning on time! He was very thorough and my heat work in a rapid time. However, I don't have any hot water at all. Now I have to call back for another service and I will be charged another $75.00 again. I made the request for both when i called in the first time. I know I will be told it's two separate workorders therefore if I want to have it serviced then I must pay the additional charge.

I purchased this warranty for piece of mind so I could just make a call and be assured that my problem would be promptly addressed. I understand Covid 19 has affected everyone. Your attempt to address my problem quickly unfortunately resulted in a series of miscues and complications. I received multiple emails from you telling me first you were having trouble scheduling a timely appointment due to Covid. Then I received an email telling me I could use my own plumber and use the reimbursement process due to scheduling issues. I called my own plumber who did not fix my problem and left the premises abruptly without following your expected problem analysis documentation guidelines. This was not your fault or mine. I then received a call from your originally scheduled plumber telling me he was able to come. All this confusion led to my call to you to cancel the original appointment and then reschedule it again. Maybe if you had allowed the originally contacted plumber from Reliable plumbing more time to acknowledge your appointment request the reimbursement email leading to mass confusion could have been avoided. I kind of felt like I was on my own for awhile and wondered why I even had the warranty in the first place. When the plumber from Reliable plumbing arrived he was very competent and paid attention to detail. I was very pleased with his commitment and service. A maximum of $500 per year for a water well problem is not even close to sufficient for covering the expense of a pump replacement which is a common well issue.

I love the promptness and quality of the work done on all of our claims, which have been just a handful, but they were all quality. I do think the buyout offer we recently received was low. We received $380 for a new stove but the cheapest one Lowes has is nearly $600. So that was disappointing, but overall we are very satisfied.

The technician who came out was polite and very knowledgeable and fixed our lighting issue perfectly once our claim was approved. I would highly recommend this technician and was also happy with Choice Home.

Repair person did a good job. It did take way too long to line someone up (2 weeks). We needed a negotiator to agree on a replacement amount. Agent Sean was very easy to work with. Don't be afraid to ask for what you feel is acceptable for a replacement figure.

we like how quick the response is on getting someone scheduled even on weekends. what we don't like is we've had a part that couldn't be found they looked and even the manufacturing company that made the part even send the part out broken every time the part was sent from either a part house or the company itself it still was broken 6 times and we still have NO oven to this day and no one has settled on the dish washer that the 1st company said it's not worth replacing the part. we have 4 policies which we very much doubt we will continue with Choice after this we have a 5 yr contract with all of them . I'm sure we'll be done after this

I’ve had a very good experience with my recent repairs. Everything was handled in a timely manner. However, I very unhappy with the changes that are to take effect at the end of October. My premium and copayment will be increasing. I have had my policy for several years and have never used it. Now that I’ve used it I was notified that there will be an increase in the cost to have this plan. It makes me feel like I’m being penalized for using it. I’m not feeling good about this at all.

Company is quick to respond; however, they are hesitant to pay out on big ticket items. Our stove caught fire, and they provided $299.99 cash payout. There are no stoves of any quality whatsoever that can be bought with that! As long as replacement is not involved, no issues! We've had good luck with things like washing machine repair, air conditioning repair, and fixing a leaky faucet.

CHW was very responsive to our request, and worked with us to solve a problem. We had a minor leak with our kitchen sink faucet. CHW sent a great plumber from JR Plumbing. The plumber was professional, wore a mask and glove the entire time he was in our home, and did a great repair for us.

I was in the middle of getting some repairs done, not satisfied with the result. While talking with Charlie, I had to cut him off to answer a call, but he gave me his #. They did try. Finally the third plumber showed up. They were great and almost got the job done. We are still waiting for a part form Delta. They were very professional. The first plumber kept making excuses for why he did not show (three different dates) The second just canceled. I will say that Choice did listen to my concerns and put out the offer for other plumbers as soon as I contacted them. I just hope that Choice sees a pattern with some of the people they contract with . IN essence, these folks represent Choice and when they don't take appointments seriously, Choice Home Warranty looks bad. In any case Choice was responsive to my requests.

Your choice for the garage door repair could have been better. No show on schedule day and no phone or text to let me know they weren't coming. I had to call them twice. When the tech showed up the next day he was good and fixed the moter quickly, plus lubed and adjusted the door. They just need to communicate with customer better

Salesperson was a little pushy. I am a senior citizen when I explained I could not at this time afford the 5 yr or 3 yr plans due to recent expenses he continued to keep talking about them. I did purchase the 1 yr plan because my friend that is a realtor recommended your company but the salesperson did make me feel uncomfortable. Since I just purchase the warranty I don't feel I can fairly rate the rest of the survey. I haven't received my policy yet.

The response to my claim for an ice maker that was not making ice has been slow . Covid-19 has been blamed and certainly has been a factor. It took over a week to get a technician scheduled to come to my home and he came 10 days after my initial claim. I paid my $65 service call fee when he was at my home. I was told that I would have an answer about my claim that day or the next. It took a week and two contacts by me to Choice Home Warranty to get the answer. They approved my claim yesterday and now I wait to be contacted by the service tech to schedule my new ice maker installation.

I keep Choice Home Warranties on my rental properties as well as my personal residence. While sometimes they are slow to dispatch service, most of the time they take care of the problems on a sufficient time line. They have saved me thousands of dollars in mechanical breakdown and replacement costs for everything from a bad garbage disposal to replacing a refrigerator or a hot water heater. I'd recommend buying a multi year policy which will save you money on the already reasonable premiums. My multi year plan only cost me $350/yr.

He was very pleasant, answered all our questions, outlined all the coverage and he was easy to understand. We just signed up and paid for our first 13 months with Choice Home Warranty so cannot rate service at this time.

So far, most of my appliance issues have been resolved with little difficulty. The local appliance repairman they send is wonderful. He’s very knowledgeable and skilled. Most of the issues have been with my washer and dryer, which are both pretty old, but with some minor repairs, they are working like new. Some things are not covered, but I was able to get some compensation for an AC problem. I’m satisfied.

Communication was consistent until the HVAC person had come and addressed the situation. The technician who came was professional and knowledgeable and addressed the situation.

The customer service I have purchased the Home Warranty Annie to wake up and my air compressor hat went out and they had someone to come and check the AC unit to find out that my air compressor had went and then the technician informed me that my AC unit was old so I'm waiting to see if Choice Home Warranty is going to fix it

Whish they could take action faster when a/c problems arise especially in the state of Arizona!!! My A/C unit wasn’t working for an entire week I work from home and and my son goes to school online my house was extremely hot and I had to work and sleep under those conditions that is the worst experience ever! It took an entire week to order the part when I called after a week to see if part was in they stated it was not! Luckily the tech stated he could get the part. But that shouldn’t of happen if the tech wouldn’t of had the part the plan was to keep me waiting longer??? no one knows how bad it is to be without an a/c inside a house with a temperature of 98 until they experience it themselves. Choice warranty has to be able to work faster when big problems like A/C units brake especially in the state of Arizona. Because of that horrible experience I’m not a happy customer.

Fridge was leaking water on floor on Tuesday. Placed an email request for service Tuesday afternoon. Serviceman arrived at 8 and he had the right valve on his truck but had to retrieve a hose from a nearby store. Was repaired by 9:30!
