And I pay only one lower price every month no more worries is that still covered did I renew that warrant. No looking through a box of warranty’s for that appliance it has made my life so much easier

quick response for appointment scheduling technician email response for appointment scheduling adequate time for parts repair. More technician training is needed to adequately check for safety on all appliances to make sure appliances are working properly. Customers should not be telling technicians that they need to do a maintenance check on their appliances. Technicians should be knowledgeable about maintenance check automatically and should be their main priority for all appliances.

Service was excellent, but wish I was able to speak to a human, instead of it being a virtual assistant. The company All HVAC Services was excellent! Top notch. And if it wasn't for me getting a call from them the night before I would have missed the appointment. The virtual assistant gave me the wrong time. But the owner Larry was great and accommodated a time for me. But I did receive a call when the virtual assistant said I would. Thank you Choice! Susan Coviello

Always keep you up to date on exactly what is going on concerning the status, and the service company they have contacted for you. MY recent experience with Gator Drain and Plumbing was simply outstanding. They kept me updated on their arrival, and when they arrived they were very professional in all aspects.

Good so far. They did deny one claim. I suppose I should have read the policy more closely, so please be sure that you do. They upsell you on the policy because it has limited roof leak coverage. They don't bother to ask you what type of roof you have... but then when you make a claim, they mention that their policy excludes tile rooves. They approved the first appliance claim for my refrigerator, though, and scheduling was easy. Repair has not been completed yet (part had to be ordered), but so far so good.

I bought this coverage for our "New" older home, reason was because the home came with appliances I did not know anything about, like if there were any problems. Glad I did as 2 months into our "New" home the A/C went out, made 1 call and paid the service fee and it was fixed. SAVED me about $1400 and I only paid the $69 service call

Had an issue with the AC system in our new home. The Choice company assigned a tech within 2 hours from the moment I opened the claim, and the tech came within 48 hours. The tech was able to diagnose and promptly fix the issue and get our AC back in operation. I am very satisfied!

Carlos from Youngs water and sewage came earlier than expected and quickly went to work. The drain was unclogged within minutes. Service was quick and professional. Very few contractors will take Choice because of past problems with timely and even delinquent payments so you are unable to choose the reimbursement process. The amount of time from when you file a claim to resolution is absolutely rediculous with most claims. Lastly, they state they will replace a unit with a comparable unit with the same features. For us this always works out to be right at half the cost of the actual exact replacement unit we had. They find the absolute cheapest, worst rating, appliance with the lowest price to get that number. We will not renew our policy, we will do a better job of shopping around for a better home warranty policy.

Someone was out on 4-19-21 to repair my washer. After 2 or 3 loads the washer is doing the same thing it was doing before it was “repaired”. The tech asked me to call him if I had any problems and I have with no luck so I have put in for another service call. Another 85.00. By time this is done I could have purchased a new washer for what I’m paying in service call fees. It sucks!!

We have had to use your services 3 times and each time the problem was solved at a maximum of 2 days. This last time we had a problem with the garage door and if was fixed the following morning. The servicemen and prompt, courteous and efficient in getting the item fixed.

Most everything was fine. Chris was a great technician. Finished the repair very quickly. If I had any complaint, it would be that for refrigerator/freezer repair, same day service should be a must. We lost some food because of having to wait a day. That being said, Choice Home Warranty served us well.

as far as the timeliness from when I put in my request. I would like to say I was very impressed with how soon choice warranty had someone sent out to my home. They kept me updated with when someone would be out to my home in timing. The young man who came out came in the hours that were expected he was very polite. However, I believe there was some lack of experience. When he reattach my toilet he did not attach it back to the water line. He left a mark on my wall and also left a big mess in my bathroom. I am also not sure if he actually fixed the problem based on the ticket he put in. On the ticket it said the issue was never resolved. So I will keep my fingers crossed and hope that I do not have to call and put in another request. But thank you choice warranty for sending someone out so quickly.

I like that they get back quickly with a contractor. I don't like that they send you an email that says the contractor will show up on this date and this time and then the contractor calls with a whole different agenda. Several emails come from CHW and none of it is correct. There is something wrong with their system about arranging contractors. CHW emails i end up ignoring, I pay attention to the contracting firm emails. I don't like that they never replace anything that is broken...that is not how they operate. Don't let this company tell you anything different. When they decide they are going to fix something, you don't hear from them again with when and a timeframe; it usually takes another call to find out.

The repairman from Sears came out 4 times with a minimum one week between visits before sending the expert who said the fridge was beyond repair. We were then offered less than 50% of the cost of a similar appliance. We negotiated them up to 2/3 the price of a new one. Less our initial $65 fee. I'm giving 4 stars because they have been polite and pretty easy to work with ... on time ... professional.

They answer my calls promptly. I disliked that this last time I called early Morning Friday 4/16/21 and they could not send anyone out to service my stove and oven until Tuesday 4/20/21, so I did not have means to cook my meals. When I called back to find out if I could have service sooner. I was told that you are not an emergency service. I think 4 days was too long to have service.

We had a stopped up laundry tub drain. I put in my claim to Choice on a Thursday. They sent an excellent plumber the next day. THE job was approved by Monday. And the drain was quickly unstopped. Very easy process! We couldn't be happier

The initial claim was confusing (Sprinkler system was is not a "System" option on the claim web page, but it is an "Issue" under "Plumbing System") which created a misleading claim and a plumber was sent (Who could not work on the valves, but fixed a pipe that he found leaking) instead of a sprinkler system specialist. I call Customer Service and a friendly agent understood the problem and escalate it in order to send another contractor without paying an additional fee.

Actually I don't like the fact that they immediately tell me every claim is a pre existing condition. But I love the fact that their resolution managers immediately resolve such issues. It only irritated me because when this happens at my rented properties my tenants are bothered multiple times and work is delayed forcing me to give my tenants a compe station.

I like that Choice schedules vendors very quickly. I like that Choice has the option to leave my number for a call-back if I have an issue that can't be handled online. I like that much of the time, the vendors are competent and explain what they're doing. I don't like that some of the time the vendors send a less experienced technician (A/C issue 07 2021), requiring several visits. I don't like that sometimes when there are complications during a job, I am not contacted by the vendor to explain (first tech for electrical switch issue 02 2021).

I liked the way he explained how the insurance works and the price was right and also if we move we can bring the insurance with us and also if we need to cancel we will be refunded the remaining balance.

I have been a client for at least 3 years, I have had maybe 3 claims and all where not done in a professional or timely manner. the last time I was with out a refrigerator for almost a month. (unacceptable) I called and said the service guy wasn't good but was not sent another guy . BTW I have my havac license so I know what I'm talking about. this guy changed cheaper pieces so when he realized it was the compressor he used most of the money up and I had to come out of pocket over $800. I told him day one it was the compressor. He told me if he submitted it at the beginning you wouldn't of excepted it because it was to much and you wanted to make sure it was the compressor. I understand the business because I own one but sending the cheapest service company out has not served well for me to recommend or refer. this is just the last example. I have a claim in now on my hot water heater. lets see how this one goes and maybe I'll send another review

Fast response in getting an appointment for repair. However waiting a month for a check after a buy out agreement is too long! Customers getting a buy out usually will have to make a new purchase out of their own pocket. I called CHW yesterday to find that the check hasn't even been sent yet after three weeks! It's almost as if you purposely wait the 30 days before mailing the check! This is the second time this happened in the first two claims I had with CHW. This is the 21st century! You take my premiums via direct draft to be on time, But don't seem to care about how fast I get my money!

1. The fine print is the killer. When a system breaks they have figured out all of the most likely things to break then disallow coverage for them in the policy. 2. Allowed us $335 at lowes to replace our dryer. The cheapest dryer at Lowes is $599. So we hardly got a replacement. 3. When I was sold the policy i was told it would be noted in my file that i suffer from several illnesses and our service calls for hearing and air conditioning service would be expedited. That just doesn't happen. Outright lie. , 4. There is no one to talk to for service disagreements than the account service person you get on the phone. There is no higher authority to plead your case.

I'm not really pleased with my experience. Getting the appointment set up for a HVAC Technician went well. But the follow through on approval, parts acquisition and repair is less than adequate, Because CHW orders the replacement parts instead of letting the Technician it is taking much too long to get my system repaired. Yesterday (Mon 3/29/2021) makes it a week since I reported my system outage to CHW. As of today (Tuesday 3/30/2021), there has been no contact about when I might expect the repairs to be scheduled. I'm still not sure when I can expect my system to be repaired. If this had been the dead of winter or the height of summer, I probably would have to moved to a hotel room. So far I have NOT been pleased. A fiend of mine was interested in purchasing a CHW policy, but I'm afraid my experience has had a negative impact on his decision.

I like that choice does provide a peace of mind. I like that they do cover alot on my policy. I dislike the time frame for when a technician can come especially for emergencies. I believe certain issues the consumer should be allowed to find their own tech sooner than 24hrs. Also I absolutely hate that when I have to call the customer service techs have TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE attitudes. As a customer who is already experiencing something with there home it's makes no sense to get negative agents. Now if agent didn't want to work that day or having a bad day they should have just taken off work. I have experience bad customer more than once when I have called Choice Home Warranty. If the agents are like this towards the paying customer I'm sure they are like this towards the vendors. And the vendor(technician) reports to the home to fix the issue. Which in turn they are likely to do a poor job. If the customer service is terrible I'm not likely to refer Choice to anyone.

I just signed up for three yrs bacause the price is to good to turn down, plus it's transferable and I got a discount. Richard K. was my intake agent and he was awesome. He was patient, answer all my questions and made me feel secure about my choice. Plus he gave me his direct contact number, now I don't feel like the company took my money and left all alone. I only have it four stars because I haven't used the services yet.
