Choice send a date for an appt and the contractor comes another day. General contractors are sent to do the work instead of a one specializing in that area. They don't do a correct repair and then you have to wait for another contractor to do the job right

Bad experience with refrigeration company failing to arrive on day of appointment, then rescheduling the 2nd appointment, and trying to tell me that I requested a service date 2 weeks away (which wasn't true). I realize this could be only one company, but it's the one warranty repair that I've requested in all the time I've been with CHW, so my bad experience rate is 100%.
