This company is a joke they do not stand by what the warranty states supposed to replace appliance with same features and only offered less than half to what it would cost to replace it. Plus they don't vet the companies they sent out and when I checked they had terrible ratings on the BBB. I have had to use companies I trust and pay myself. Run from this company.
