It seemed like the best price but I would never use them again. I do not recommend them. They did not provide the timely service I expected and I was without a refrigerator for three weeks. I ended up cancelling the policy and I lost two hundred dollars.

My air conditioning went out and it has been over a week and I had to get other people involved in order to get something done. That is not acceptable to me. The way they handle claims and get things done takes a long time and I feel like we're getting the run around. It's just not good.

So far they have not helped me at all. The only claim that they sent out a technician for, they would not pay because of what they called prior lack of maintenance of something I knew nothing about that needed to be cleaned. I will find someone else to do business with .

Unethical and unreliable service. Appointment set up 3 times before anyone even showed up. Then they denied the claim stating even thugh we just bought the house, it was our problem to make sure everything in our A/C was in working order.

Less than satisfactory service. I had an air conditioner go out during the hottest week and it took a week for someone to come and just look at it. When he came out he decided I needed a new one and they declined to replace it.

My AC was not performing well. The gentleman didn't show up when he said he was going to. When he came he reported the AC had a pre existing condition which it had not. When I complained to Choice about that they sided with him and the agent failed to answer my questions.

My AC unit needed maintenance. When someone came out and looked at it Choice would not pay for any repairs because they said I was not maintaining it. I think they should have looked into it more. I wasn't very happy with them at all.

My air conditioning unit was not working properly and I called and after three weeks, they finally sent someone out that knew what they were dealing with. The guy turned in the claim to Choice and it was going to cost me twelve hundred dollars to repair. I would advise people not use them.

Central air stop working over the week-end, CHWsend me a technician that charge me $60 cash in advance, tried to sell me part needed to fix the unit, CHW refuse to fix because it Will cost too much. I called and spoke Malvin who inform me that it is documented I was offered $300, it is a scam, I will report this to BBB

Service is slow. Told me I could use the AC guys that service my unit yearly, received approval but then said they charged $50.00 mor than approved after the repair so I had to pay that and the $45 deductable

It should be a zero star. It took them 10 days to fix my AC. Problem was rplacing a 4 feet wire outside unit. Just a 5 min work. They had to get approval and 2 repair person. On top of that they told me to pay extra $40 to the tech beyond my service call of $60 per call. I cancelled their service.

We have had a broken fridge for over six months. Six times a tech was sent out. This is a $2000 fridge that has now been deemed unrepairable. They are supposed to replace the fridge for a like model. They offered us $400???? That covers NOTHING. This is a complete SCAM.

I don't think they're very helpful at all. I needed to use my warranty for my refrigerator and freezer. Choice said that the parts needed to fix them were not covered, so the company that they sent out didn't do any repairs. They never contacted me about that again.
