I thought it was a good legitimate company when I signed up for Choice. I feel they have taken advantage of me. I needed to use my warranty with my air conditioning and they refused the claim and I had to pay the gentleman over six hundred dollars for doing nothing. I will cancel it, it is not worth it.

I had a situation where they came out here and the air conditioning people didn't do a good job and they disrespected my wife and choice said I had to continue to work with them. There was no empathy or sympathy nor did they fix the problem. The service is horrible and I was very disappointed and disheartened.

My hot water heater went out and I called them and set up a time to file it Thursday or Friday and the gentleman was supposed to come Monday morning but he never showed up and then I had to set up with another company and I was five days without hot water. They have a terrible way of handling things.

My AC has been out for 30 days and they have sent a technician 3 times. The technician suggested to replace the AC unit and Choice Home Warranty wouldn't authorize it. Instead they ordered a new compressor and I have to wait another 2 weeks for the part to be installed. It is August in Georgia.

The poor rating is a reflection of Choice's vendor. I have been waiting since July 5th to have my dishwasher completely operable. Their vendor has been out twice, I paid the service fee , but have called in an update that the dishwasher is not repaired. I have not heard anything further from the vendor.

I've been a member of choice warranty for like 10 years now and right now I am just not satsifed with them. I needed my warranty because my air conditioning went out a week and a half ago and I am still waiting in a house that is 101 degrees.

As of right now, I have not seen anything happen for the last two claims. I thought they would provided me with a warranty on my appliances and stuff I needed but they have not done anything yet. Customer service is friendly and helpful but I would love to talk to someone in person.

Had a Dryer stop working. The first tech said he was going to suggest we get a new dryer from Choice. Choice Home Warranty said that tech never sent in his report. He did cash our check. They sent out another tech that said the dryer failed because of lint build up. Which happens to be a clause for Choice to not have to pay.

If I could give them no stars I would. They will try to find any way they can to not pay claims. Found this out the hard way and was told the same thing from two companies that previously worked for them. Please save your money, wouldn''t recommend them if they were free!!

I liked what I saw and what they offered. The people are professional and explain things to you but when my air conditioning wasn't working they came out and wouldn't pay for it because there was a leak. I'm sixty years old, getting out to clean the AC unit is not particularly easy for me. I was not happy to be denied my claim.

Not a satisfied customer. The company is not reputable. My refrigerator broke and they knew it wasn't covered but they sent a repair man anyway, costing me sixty dollars. When I called to complain and change the plan, you have to wait thirty days and then call again to have it fixed.
