They hardly ever pay for anything so I'm considering not using them anymore. You have to fight with them every single time. They're not in the business of actually serving customers, they're just in the business of collecting money.

CHOICE HOME WARRANTY take your money and have thier "inexperienced technicians" come to your house and tell you one thing about your appliance and CHW puts what they think is wrong with your appliances so it fit their exclusions!

It is a nice feature to have, but they only replace items with inferior products. You will not get the same or like item installed. It will be inferior and you will have to pay to have your like item returned.

On my clothes dryer, I called them out six different times and it was never fixed so I had to replace the machine and they would not replace it as their warranty indicated when I bought it, when I bought the warranty. They don't follow up on their customer service. The people they are contracted with are not confident. It's not a reliable company.

Customer support is prompt. When you file a claim they immediately give you a response. One time I wanted to use my warranty and it was not satisfactory to me at all. Choice Home Warranty claim that the item was not covered.

It is difficult to reach the case mgr. and most times it is hard to communicate with them because they have thick foreign accents. Very discouraging! CHW looks for every excuse not to cover a claim, whether it is legitimate or not. The way I feel about this service I will not be renewing.
