Air conditioning coil has a leak. Choice Home Warranty will not replace. They say it is not covered because the leak was caused by corrosion. The coil is copper which is not corroded. This was from two HVAC technicians, one of which they sent to repair the unit.

They don't do what they say they're going to do. My dishwasher went out and they want to only give me two hundred to replace it. You cannot find a dishwasher for two hundred dollars anywhere and I have been paying for this service. I'm not happy with it so I will be switching to a different company that will pay to replace or repair.

Choice Home Warranty per Jennifer P has a limited cap of $500 per system failure. If my Maytag Washing machine system fails and cannot be repaired it is not replaced with another Maytag. It is replaced with $500 worth of a washer.

I'm not very happy with Choice Home Warranty. I needed to use my warranty a few weeks ago. It took about three weeks for them to get an approval, and they blamed the technician for not writing down an approval number which is all done electronically. Their customer service is horrible. I won't be renewing with them.
