The small burner on the dual burner on my stove doesn't work. The technician said that the unit is very old (about 2004). it's hard to get the parts so I should wait till more things goes wrong with the stove so that it can be replaced with the insurance.

Did not fulfill contract.. said garage door not properly installed.. this was a factory installation .. spring that broke came with door from factory ..but Choice made the decision to avoid payment .. leaving me with the costs ..(no wonder that Az has do many fraud cases against them!

I have a broken ice maker that can't be fixed and someone emailed me saying that she was the person that was going to take care of my situation. I emailed her back and never heard from her again. Water is leaking out of the water receptical on the door. The ice maker is frozen and can't be taken out. Samsung suggested I get a new refrigerator!

We have seven properties with choice warranty, we recently had an issue with a washer, The replacement that they say they will do if the item cannot be fixed was extremely low, when it comes to talking to a manager everything is so slow there's no one that can talk to you immediately to resolve the issue.

I put in several claims and the majority of them were NEVER serviced/completed/closed. As a matter of fact, there was one that I put in June 2020. It was FINALLY closed as of June 2021. I do be contacting the NY Attorney General and Better Business Bureau.

Denied coverage on air conditioner due to rust and corrosion on a unit that is not that old. HAD ANOTHER AIR CONDITIONER COMPANY, THAT INSTALLED THE UNIT, COME OUT and they could not believe the decision to decline coverage. It appears that Choice Warranty looks for ways to decline coverage.

Once a claim has been submitted, it takes over a week before a technician can come out. This is completely inconvenient for issues that are emergencies. Furthermore CHW rarely approves repairs unless the repair is a small expense them. My experience has been completely disappointing and disrespectful.
