Aug 10 ac went out 3 weeks later they still could not find a tech to come work on it due to no one wants to work with them as they pay slow and undercut the retention for the techs. At that time I opt for the reimbursement option and don’t you know it they deny the claim

Choice Home Warranty provides home warranty service coverage on the systems and appliances listed as ‘INCLUDED’ under the terms of the User Agreement sent to you at purchase. We encourage all of our customers to review their coverage.
Upon review of your specific claim, the failure that occurred to your unit, is not “Included” in accordance with the terms and conditions of our policy.
Although this type of failure wasn’t covered under our policy terms, this is only 1 out of the 15 systems and appliances in which we provide coverage.

I had one of Technicians not showing up for his appointment after I waited all day. The one who showed up did the very minimum. I ended up paying on my own getting people come over to the house to fix the stuffs than waiting for home Warrenty company’s technicians. Not a good quality of services.

I would like to cancel. The first and only time I used the warranty my warranty was on August 18th. They came to fix the refrigerator and the ice wouldn't work so I called them back and now it is leaking on the floor. I am trying to get someone to help me but I am not hearing back from them. They didn't fix it and they won't come back.

I needed to use Choice for my freezer. They came out to assess it and came back four days later with the part. The part did not work and now it's been over two weeks and I have not heard from the company that is supposed to be repairing it. I think their service people are terrible and I haven't heard back from anybody I've called.

When the policy was initially sold to me, it was indicated appliances would be replaced. There was nothing said about actual cash value or the age of the appliance. Now my dishwasher has quit and you guys pay 246.00. Pretty pathetic. We are looking elsewhere for another company.

Their Customer Service is very bad. They do not get back to the Customer on a fallow through of a claim that has been established but has to wait for service from the Tech assigned because of a hold up on Tech's end.

I could NOR reach a live person when I needed help. When finally assigned a contractor via email, it was scheduled 10 days out! Your company knew my refrigerator had gone out and we needed someone out within at least two days. We weee forced to hire someone on our own. He came the same day. Very disappointed.

I have had three appliances broken since the start of July. It is now August 19th with no date for resolution. All updates and communications have to be initiated by me. I was overcharged $150 for initial deductible that has not yet been refunded. Calls are not returned. Very disappointing.

I had no hot water for 11 days. Only one person came out to look at it but never returned. No company's in my area are willing to work with them. Finally I had it fixed for $478 dollars. Out of my own pocket. Even emailed the owner of the business but never received a response. This is a worthless company. Save your money.
