Misleading information from claim specialist. I was told everything in my claim will be covered if I followed instructions from claim department but was told a portion was not going to be covered and I was going to have to pay out of pocket. I was sent to to a very rude claim manager that was not able to help solve the issue either

Unable to find a repair tech for our central air conditioner for weeks. When they did, they denied to claim due to rust. Rust? I live in Hawaii, everything rusts! So they obviously won't be able to repair anything else I have.

They tend to deliberately deny every claim. They screwed up my plumbing then they were supposed to come repair then never came and repaired. They deny my claims continuously and they don't follow up when they're supposed to repair something that they said they would repair.

The services charge all this money and really don't cover anything that person needs when they call. Choice wouldn't fix my heater it wasn't covered under my warranty and I had to pay out of my pocket thousands of dollars. They guys don't cover a whole lot and don't cover the basics.

In the beginning I liked their customer service but that has changed. They have sent a technician for the wrong appliance. One told me they would replace it because the company doesn’t pay him enough to do the job. I have not heard back from them on my appeal. There is no follow up like there should be.

It will be 6 weeks Nov. 18th that a repairman will be out to fix our washer. We had to reschedule 4 times! You pay a lot of money for this warranty and no one will take responsibility to get things repaired in a timely manner. I would not recommend using Choice Warranty.

I was told if my appliance couldn't be fixed it would be replace. You offered $740 for the replacement of a kitchen aid refrigerator which is a joke. I've already paid foe 6 years on this warranty plan so I can't get out of it. Typical bate and switch.
