Our refrigerator stopped working and they said they would get back to me and after twenty four hours they sent me an email saying they couldn't find anyone and that I could get my own person and they would reimburse me. I found a person to come out the very next day. When I paid the bill, I called them in the morning and they said that my bill was $767 and that they would reimburse me $435 and when it didn't work, they came back and sent the replacement for a $10,000 built in refrigerator to be $499. I'm very upset. I've only had them for a month.

I guess I was mistaken about what it means when they say repair or replace. They're not coming in right now. My washing machine is dead and it took two weeks for them decide to stop trying to fix it and said that I can get a new one. I thought they were going to bring me a new one, but they told me I can have $299 and I can buy one myself.

It has not delivered what it said it would. I called it in and they assigned a provider to come out and fix the problem. The last technician they sent out was not knowledgeable and was not trying to replace the part with a similar part. He tried to use an alternative part and I had to explain to him I wanted the same part.

They can never find a person in my area. They take forever to repair anything. You have to call in for everything. I called them yesterday morning at 8am. My toilet was overflowing because every time I use my washing machine, my toilet overflowed in the next room. I called them at 8am and they just called me back an hour ago. They dispatched someone out here for Thursday, four days later. They couldn't find anybody to repair the product so I had the option of the phone service provider or they would reimburse me and they haven't given me the reimbursement.

Choice Home Warranty has been a very big disappointment. I am not very happy with them. I called about my water heater and the girl said it was covered and but they told the fellow that submitted the claim that it wasn't. The water heater was one of the big reasons why I even got the warranty. They don't give you what they say they are going to give you and so I am very disappointed.

It has taken a month to repair my bathtub and they keep sending me to the technician with a full voicemail box. Also i had to call for a new claim and the man would not put in the claim until i agreed to a new plan for next year. He was holding me hostage even though i said i didn't want to renew

I originally filed a claim in late August and someone came out about a week later, couldn't fix the main problem, and tried to fix a second problem for which he had to come back out once he got a part. This was not successful so he said he would come back Out when he got the part. TWO MONTHS later I still had not heard from him and after two additional calls to choice home warranty, they basically said, sorry you're out of luck. And the technician had made up some additional issue that was false, but that false reason was why he couldn't fix my issue.

They're not personally reaching out to companies to help resolve your needs or issues. Your claim is put in a database. You have to wait for a technician to pick your claim up. On a normal day not an issue. But on a weekend when you're having a True Emergency, this is the Worst process ever!!! I called on a Friday. My Emergency was picked up for a Tuesday appointment. Not acceptable!
