I always have to fight for them to fix and pay for a repair. Last issue was leaky pipes serviceman came about 8 days after filing the claim when he showed up the bill was going to be $500 they agreed to pay $51.00 out of the $500 plus I had to pay the cop pay of $45.00 not happy

I've used my warranty three times and they have been no help whatsoever each time I've used it. I have offered to cancel my service and get my money back for the remaining balance and I was disconnected. Not pleased with Choice Home Warranty at all.

Last month I call them to service my refrigerator. Technician came to repair & he said “ it is too old & can’t fix it “ so call my Handiman he fix it charge me $ 175.00. Choice charge me $ 65. .00 for no reason.

Their provisions for emergency service calls are unrealistically stringent, like getting service for the heater on a winter night/weekend. Ok for non emergencies, like the washer or drier.

This is the second time I’ve been denied on a large claim and had to hire my own repairman. The company I hired diagnosed the problem much differently than the repairman Home Choice sent out. Home Choice repairman said the whole AC unit had to be replaced. My repairman said it was the motor and was able to replace it on the existing unit. The motor replacement should have been covered but I was denied repair by Home Choice.

Because of last service. Replaced a $200 ceiling fan with a $19.00 ceiling fan is very poor service. The $60 I paid was wasted because now I gotta buy a new fan and pay to have it installed. Very unhappy .

This past fall my furnace was not working correctly and I have an elderly mother living with me. And when I called them they were very good at taking the call and everything but then the contractor connected with them weren't going to come for a week and I told him I can't wait a week, I need it now. I was upset. Nobody's in a hurry.
