Terrible, I wish they would cover things they said they would cover. I feel like I have been lied to about their whole program. I feel like the service representative doesn't have any compassion or empathy for their customers. I feel like every time I call them I have to give up my arguments. I truly hate their warranty. My water heater broke in December and I called them and it was a terrible experience. We had to use cold water to bath and shower. I had family in town. It was terrible.

Did not approve an A/C claim. choice home warrenty didnt come to my house to inspect the A/C but give me a list of causes and reasons my system had failed.just based on the diagnosis given by the repair tech. The repair tech was suggesting a more pricier replacement as apposed to a cheaper repair.I had to spend $2,200.00 from my own pocket to replace my outdoor unit.No thanks to CHW for there so called warrenty.

On our first occasion to use your services we were sorely disappointed. You chose to put an inadequate Band-Aid on a problem that required a more proficient solution, leaving us with a significant bill to be paid out of pocket. Yes, you are an insurance company. Your goal is to make money.It should also be your goal and duty to provide credible service to your customers. You failed!

The technician was excellent! My garbage disposal was rusted and broken and when he contacted your company for authorization to replace it, we got the run around and the guy from your company asked the tech if he could wait 2 hours for a decision on replacement. This was ridiculous! I had no choice but to pay for it myself. I pay a lot of money every 3 years for your warranty and get nothing in return. I am not happy at all!

The company's they are contracted with typically take at least a week to come out and Choice approval of the repair takes another week. So most repairs take two weeks minimum verses two days if you call a local repair place.

I have been paying Choice Home Warranty for the past 12-15 years. Recently my air compressor/for the air conditioner went out. Home Choice said they approved that we would get our air conditioner fixed. IT NEVER happened. It took months to hear back at first they said it would be covered. The I found out I would have to pay a minimum of $1500.00 What a joke the whole thing cost $1700.00 this was the first time in 15 years that I submitted a claim.. I want to end my membership...

I recently had a claim that was covered and approved by CHW. The technician came out to service the thermostat and wasn't able to fix the problem. Then he determined that it was another problem that I disagreed with and was incorrect. This same tech caused even more issues. I then had to pay for another company to fix the problem. I filed a claim to be reimbursed and it was denied.

I have been trying to fix our air conditioning since May and you couldn't find a tech to come out and repair it too long of a time to be without air conditioning especially since I paid over $2000 for this service. I wish I could cancel this service I use to have another service with no trouble they were right out to my house and fixed everything that I called them about. Your service needs a lot of updating with the response to a call. I am very disappointed in Choice

I have been working with CHW for two months to get my dryer repaired. There have been two technicians out and they both gave the same diagnosis. The required parts to repair it have been discontinued but the manufacturer. CHW refuses to resolve this matter.

Can't get a "clear english speaking" customer service rep for one thing! Also, I had a repair done on my dryer and it quit working with the same issue 31 days later and the pakistani guy named "eric"(?) Ha!, said it was beyond the 30 days and I would have to pay another service charge! I WILL NOT renew this contract and I don't care how many free months you offer!!!!!

Still waiting on reimbursement . I got 5 different stories from 5 different people. First it was 3 to 5 days, then it was 12 to 20 days, then 13 to 30 days and finally up to 45 days. I was the charges would be reversed on my PayPal credit card, then I was told a check was issued. Just a big mess. Very disappointed, considering up to that point everything was fine.
