i have been trying to fix a problem with my HVAC for 3 weeks and so far they have not been able to send a technician. the scheduled so far 5 technicians and no one showed up . they only want to get your monthly money and when you ask for ervice they never have a technician available in my area . ridiculous. i called them and I get bounced around and they say they will escalate the matter and still I dont have my HVAC unit fixed

I had a refrigerator go down. It was diagnosed on 11/22/21. determined it needed to be replaced on 12/7, was told I would receive an egift card for Lowes on 12/11 in 30 days, Lowes tells me at least 6-8 weeks delivery, 3 months without a refrigerator! Not appropriate or good customer service.

We had a claim on a propane range. The vendor didn't know propane so misdiagnosed the problem. It wS a simple replace one part about $8. He ordered all kind of parts. Went to claim management, Shantel n Lydia. It was easier to just say pay us a check on Nov 23, 2021. I left a message and email for Lydia week of Dec 7 We haven't received a check, a call or email. Very poor service.

Water heater broke and flooded - was told if I couldn't wait the five days until a CHW approved plumber could come to my house that my claim would be denied....during Thanksgiving weekend with a house full of guests. "We don't cover emergency repairs." Really?????

TOTAL RIP-OFF….VERY UNETHICAL COMPANY….I've been paying this company for over a decade…I had an issue w/hot water heater, they refuse to replace it. I pay close to $60 a month … I no longer recommend this company. I'm also a Realtor…I've referred a lot of my clients to this warranty company never again! What a headache! I'm canceling my membership. You guys are losing a very loyal client

Choice goes above and beyond to not pay valid claims. After they have your money they will no longer offer the service promised. Before we purchased the plan, we asked many questions. Although we had a valid claim, proof and documentation, Choice makes all the decisions to deny claims. They are not trustworthy or truthful. Their appeal process is worthless because their decision is already made beforehand. We are currently looking into how to proceed with Choice's denial of our claim. Buyer beware.

My dishwasher went out and they determine it should not be fix . They will not agreed tonpayb$246,00 toward a new one . An average Dishwasher cost between 400-500. The agreement was reach on November 17 and I still have not received any check . Very poor service
