I have a leaking refrigerator and it's ruined my hardwood floor because I had to wait 2 weeks to get it fixed. Which it still isn't... Only choice I have is to pay out of pocket and hope that I get reimbursed. Which wouldn't happen. Terrible company..

I filed a plumbing claim. It was denied based on a cause that is NOT documented by the plumber. Several calls to the Customer Service line have been very frustrating. They repeat the false reason even though the plumbing workorder does not state the cause AHS is using to deny the claim.

Had clogged drain and they sent 2 different plumbers out; both said they needed to totally rip out my terrazzo floors and kitchen island .AHS was only going to cover $1000.00 out of a $20,000.00+ job.Hired a local plumber and was fixed for $227.00 & NO ripping out anything !

My double oven control panel wasn't working. AHS put a black control panel on a silver double oven changing the look and the value of my oven and kitchen. This is a $10,000 oven that has now been devalued by AHS by putting a mixmatch on it because it was cheaper for AHS to do so! I have escalated this and have NOT heard back from AHS.
