We had a gas cook top diagnosed by the gas company as faulty. Gas company red tagged unit and would not allow it to be used or repaired. AHS insisted that a their technician need to try a repair before they would offer a replacement. Their contracted repair service was not able to make an appointment for two weeks We tried to make a reasonable compromise but spent over 3 hours (mostly on hold ) to no avail. Escalated to supervisors and resolution team but found story continually changed with each contact who would enter notes that were not true and favorable to them. AHS is a complete ripoff
