Run. Just run from this company. Eight weeks to replace two a washing machines is excessive. I chose not to take the cash option because it was considerably less than the replacement machines cost. They get one star because their people they employ do go above and beyond what they can do, something just falls apart once you hang up the phone.

You cannot reach anyone by phone. I called 10 different days and time of day and only got through 1btime after waiting on hold for 1 and 1/2 hours. Same pool people came out twice and never fixed the problem. And my $100 dollars for service call never returned. Now I have paid another $100 to have someone else to come out for same problem.

I was told my washer was going to be fixed and was waiting on parts. Then my status changed two weeks later to being eligible for a new washer and call HSA. I called and was on hold for over 5.5 hours for support. The entire process was a nightmare and it's been over 3 weeks without a washer.
