This is the 2nd claim I've filed and the problem still hasn't been resolved. The first issue we had the repair man showed up and stage for less than a minute before he told us nothing could be done. We called out a different repair man that we paid for out of pocket and he fixed the problem instantly. It was a waste of $75.

? Because as of this date My Freezer Compressor has not been repaired by AHS since July 2020 but yet they are still collecting my payments for my warranty!! I am going to small Claims court to sue them for Breach of Contract.and Negligence and because I have been renting a refrigerator for 6 months out of my pocket. AHS is the worst Warranty Co.!!

AHS is a VERY difficult to get a hold. I've had several times where I submitted that I needed work done and they don't properly schedule someone to fix my appliances. They have lied to me about having their company fix a broken appliance. Definitely not worth the money!!

Poor customer service! Use of contractors that are incompetent! When an appliance needs replacement they keep sending one contractor after another out to try to get a non replacement diagnosis. They offer replacements not at the brand you have: Wolf oven, they give you a replacement cost for a GE. How are you to be satisfied with that!
