At first I was happy with AHS and felt that I was making a wise choice having this home warranty until I needed to actually use the coverage. It has taken several weeks to get approva and then the cost is outrageous. I still have t actually had the repair completed.

After making monthly payments, when you need there services they charge more money to come out, but then they tell you they don't have anyone to come to your home for more then a week. Couldn't speak to any agents in the US, always overseas. Couldn't get good service at all, e.g., one repair for a dryer took almost 2-months because agent did not enter the part order & I had to make 7 or 8 calls.

No one wants to help. Takes months to get anything done if it involves a payout. Customer service does not care about your issue. You have to hope they put in the paperwork to have a manager call you and when they do it's at 0400 in the morning. Then you have to go through customer service again and again. Terrible company.
