My double oven control panel wasn't working. AHS put a black control panel on a silver double oven changing the look and the value of my oven and kitchen. This is a $10,000 oven that has now been devalued by AHS by putting a mixmatch on it because it was cheaper for AHS to do so! I have escalated this and have NOT heard back from AHS.

They seem to use second rate contractors. It took them 3 months to fix my cook top. I have been asking them for 3 months to fit the controller in my spa. The contractor came but never returned to do the repair.

When servicing our home, the contractors installed equipment that damaged our roof, AHS would not make attempts to rectify the issue. When we had a warranty claim on a part they approved to install that went bad we had to shell out $$ to cover cost, bc they would not.
