I have had to pay and replace my own things.since the Clovis 19 the service is terrible they have you wait 30-90 minutes. I have been with them for 7years and I am looking for another. They send the cheapest companies out.

I have had a lot of trouble with AHS. I have to call repeatedly to get a serviceman out, have had to wait on hold for multiple hours. They promised to replace my dishwasher, then ordered the wrong one and are trying to charge me a $175 restocking fee for their mistake.

Then when you do they transfer me to someone else and they either don't know or hang up on you! What a joke. If there was a spot for a Zero Star I would of selected it. Absolutely worthless!
